Services
Anyone 18 years old or older that will occupy the rental unit are required to complete the application process and upon approval, must sign the lease contract as a responsible party. All minors that will occupy the rental unit must be listed on application and listed as part of the lease contract. A maximum of 2 occupants are allowed per bedroom.
Ken worked very hard to help us realize our goal of obtaining a new house in a short span of time, in order to begin new jobs in the area. Ken sacrificed his evenings and weekends, and even his weekend evenings, to show us a lot of houses before we made our decision. Ken was present with helpful advice throughout the process.
