I can’t say enough positive things about this guy. We moved to the area to start my pediatric practice and the hospital had initially set me up with a realtor from a large company. Shay went above and beyond in the sale of our duplex. We knew it was going to be a difficult sale and after 4 previous unsuccessful sale attempts by other brokers, Shay made it happen. His attention to detail, his calming words when I was frazzled, his knowledge of the complex process, and his personal service he provided made the experience a good one. We had the pleasure to work with Shay in selling our first home/buying our next. He did an outstanding job and was attentive and prompt with responses. Shay has bought and sold three homes for me. One home he listed had an accepted offer in one day, the other took one week. He helped us get our home prepared and priced appropriately. He was a great tool while we were negotiating the price for our current home as well. I'm going to call Froemming Realty the next time I need to buy or sell a home.
