Procrastinated finding apartments moving to Indiana and ended up at Pheasant Run my first year here, mistakes were made and I am still dealing with those people three months post-moveout.
After that, I would have been content with any apartment quality as long as it was smoke-free and much safer. But I moved in and what needed repaired was communicated to me the first day and fixed quickly. I did not expect to ever feel at home in an apartment complex, but I like it here. I don't really see most of my neighbors, but they seem nice and its quiet. I work odd hours some days, so feeling safe walking

Walked into the office to inquire about an apartment. Three staff members were sitting and did not get up to assist. Was flat out told they don’t have anything available due to a mass move in/out July 31. Not friendly staff, other than a possible maintenance man in the hallway who said hello and started a conversation. Terrible experience.

We paid $300 as a deposit in May, they said we had a guaranteed apartment. We have checked in a couple of times for a lease, no reply. Today they said sorry, we don’t have anything available for you. They are mailing a paper check, keeping 50 dollars, and it will take 4 weeks to get the money back. Unbelievable.

I love this place, living here has been wonderful. Here is a full comprehensive review of the complex including all pros and cons I can think of for living here.
Pros:
- Cheap rent.
- Very quiet place. I wasn't sure if anyone else lived in my building for the first like 3 weeks I lived here because I couldn't hear anyone else.
- Very friendly and cooperative staff.
- Responsive maintenance (24-hour emergency maintenance, and they're on top of everything else). Most non-emergency maintenance requests are completed within a day or 2 of submitting the work order.
- Included in 24-hour emergency

Decent pricing, friendly employees, and quality living spaces make The Bluffs a great place to live. Management was always available when I needed them, and maintenance (on the few occasions I needed to call) was very quick to respond to emergencies and non-emergencies, and never had to fix the same thing twice.

The Bluffs was home away from home. I lived in the one bedroom apartment during my veterinary internship. The rent is extremely affordable and the office staff is second to none. They are super reliable and the property is well maintained and has a lot of great amenities.
I rented this property site unseen and was so pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the place was. Electricity (heating and cooling) was surprisingly inexpensive as well and worked great. I always felt comfortable while walking around the premises, they recently installed stadium lighting which made it feel even safer

This property has the most amazing staff. From the minute we met them they’ve been nothing short of exceptional for helping us in every way. Our first experience in Indiana of just absolute kindness and sincerity. They excel with property maintenance, cleanliness and timely responses for any and all requests. I can’t express enough how great the office and maintenance staff are and I’m very thankful we found such a home.

This has been an amazing place to live. The office staff is friendly and easy to talk to if you have any problems (or just want to chat). The other residents are also very kind when you run into them in the halls. The apartments themselves are clean and good quality. They have tons of storage space and a large kitchen. These apartments are great, especially for the price, and I will likely stay here until I finish at Purdue.
