Called yesterday to get my tires put on and balanced, dropped it off at 730 and got a ride from my cousin to go do an errand while they worked on my car, I got a call saying there were problems with my lugnuts and studs and there was a lot of confusion over the phone but I was told to buy some new lugnuts and come in and this all as the ride I got broke down so no rush, told me to come in whenever and when I got there I will be honest I had a little attitude but over the phone it sounded way worse, to shorten the details, Sean a very nice gentleman and at no extra cost he rechased my studs and

Wonderful experience! Called Gieco's roadside assistance for a flat tire. Gieco sent Scallys with an ETA of 45 min. Not only did he arrive 35 min before the estimated time, he was courteous and kind. He made sure I felt safe and reminded me not to put too many miles on my spare. My lugnut wrench was missing... no problem! The change took no time at all.
