It's not often you hear a Realtor say "Yup, I'm a former For Sale By Owner, " but that's the cold, hard truth. That atrocious experience is what led me to get my real estate license, but that's a story for another time. Buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most overwhelming things you'll ever experience.
Agents and Management got together to run the annual CDPHP Corporate Challenge - a 5k race that supports many local charities. Each year, my children and I collect for Toys for Tots. My colleagues and I adopt children at St. Catherine's, bring gifts, pizza, and Santa and Mrs Claus have been known to stop by for some songs and cheer.
