My fiancé and I’s apartment through this company had a mold problem and our heat kept turning itself off in the middle of winter. After trying very hard to make it work we decided to break our lease and find housing elsewhere. After we made this decision we were harassed by Alex. He screamed at us over the phone, mocking our financial situation because we “lived off the system” as he put it, even though my fiancé and I both have jobs and we work very hard. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional disrespect in my life, I can’t believe the way Alex thinks it’s okay to talk to others

Call once last week and again yesterday. I left 2 messages in their general voice mail box with no response. I read these reviews prior to contacting them. ALOT of the reviews said that they were not very responsive. However there are always 2 sides to story and often people don't report all the details so I looked past it and called to inquire about more information. Between the reviews of them not being responsive and not hearing back from anyone after leaving 2 messages. I decided to look elsewhere. The other company I called called me back within and hour, I couldn't answer because I was working

I am a tenant and have had a great experience with Property Pro Realty. Alex is a great landlord; he has always promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had prior to and after moving in. I once put in a maintenance request and Glenn our maintenance man was here within an hour. My husband and I love our apartment, Alex at Property Pro Realty has really made every step of the way easy and convenient for us!

I am very fortunate to have been referred to Property Pro from other rental property owners. They are excellent to work with and very thorough with everything they do! I had a vacancy in one of my units and Property Pro took care of all renovations including a new bath and minor to major repairs throughout the unit. Not only were they reasonably priced, they had it rented to a very nice couple inside of 2 weeks after the apartment was ready. Property Pro is definitely the one stop shop for anyone's real estate needs.
