I would strongly encourage anyone considering Armstrong Appraisals, LLC to look elsewhere when evaluating commercial appraisers.
Dave Fontana was recommended to me and I decided to give him a shot.
We had an appointment scheduled this Monday (02/21/2020) at 12:00 pm for him to appraise a commercial property I am considering purchasing.
I arrived at 12:00 pm and Mr. Fontana was at the property, he told me he had shown up 30 minutes early and that the owner was there when he arrived.
At that point he told me had completed the property inspection and that he was finished. Um, what? We literally
