The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

My wife has fallen twice due to the managements negligence. The crew they hired for snow removal pushed snow from the lot onto the sidewalk in front of our door. The other doors to the other building and main Office are clear of ice and snow and are salted daily. My door has a snow pile in front of it and the path is all ice. Currently awaiting word from a lawyer to start a case against dominium.

This place went downhill fast. When Kelli took over as manager nothing got done.
She talked down to people, yelled at people , didn't do paperwork correctly or in a timely manner. Sherri Miller isn't any better. It's went so far down a person got shot in the mouth there last week. When I 1st moved in people were nice, then people using drugs started moving in. My neighbor across the hall would let in all kinds of sketchy people. Don't move there if you don't have too!!!

I enjoyed living here. Manager was always friendly and helpful. Neighbors were mostly quiet (better than most places). And it was great having a washer/dryer in unit. It broke down once and it was looked at the same day, replaced the next. Any problem I had was dealt with immediately. If I could change anything it would be the parking. It fills up quickly in the evening and once or twice I had to park out on the street. Almost every night I was parking next to the second building though (It's not far at all, it's just if I could park closer to where I lived it would be better because I lived on
