NOISIEST community I’ve ever lived.. constant construction noise throughout the day. Water leakage, broken heat and pest issues are also very common to see.
During COVID, there were various construction crews coming in and out buildings and apartments without masks.
They also turn on heat very early in Fall making the whole apartment unit insufferably hot (this year they turn on the heat when weather is still 70, 80F). However, when winter comes, their heat is so weak that unable to make room warm enough for a Michigan winter.

The location is great, yes, but the management is only interested in the bottom line, not your experience here. They communicate with residents through prefab emails that read like orders; my personal favorite was the one where they threatened to remove anything they deemed unsightly from your balcony or patio. They show absolutely no interest in current residents, all they've been doing is trying to get people to move in to the few renovated apartments they have; oh, and no, current residents don't get renovations, so once you move in, you're stuck with what you have. But I think my alltime favorite

I’ve only been living at arbor village for about two months, but my experience has been fantastic!! I plan on staying here for a few years. The price and location is unbeatable. Quiet and well maintained community. Lots of storage and plenty of parking. Love the ceiling fan and hardwood flooring in my unit. The complex is smaller than a lot of the bigger ones in Ann Arbor, so management is very responsive, and so is maintenance. They come out on the same day you put a request in! Mike specifically from the leasing office, was extremely helpful and kind during my move in process. I would say my

I have truly enjoyed my time living in the Arbor Village apartments these past four years. If anything goes wrong in your building or apartment, the maintenance staff (Wade and Ethan) are always there to do an incredible job attending to your needs immediately. The grounds are very well maintained, and the neighborhood is quite lovely and quiet.
As a grad student, it's been easy to get to campus by taking one of two buses (either the 64 or the 4 routes). Being within walking distance to Trader Joe's has been a nice perk as well. The buildings are a little on the older side, but I believe the ownership

I wanted to take time to complement both Kosi and Wayde for their dedicated service, especially during this difficult time. I had a veryserious and urgent plumbing issue a few weeks ago, when While even though the Michigan Emergency Order Per Covid was going on, both Kosi and Wayde responded immediately. They contacted Michigan Power Rodding, who arrived within an hour. They both coordinated everything and Wayde even cleaned both bathroom floors with bleach for me. These are trying times and I wanted to be sure that Wickfield knows what dedicated employees you have at Arbor Village. Thanks so much

It is true that the apartment has a good location for people working near Central Campus . Whenever we report some damages, they will act promptly. However, the price of every type of apartment raises every year!!! What's worse, as long as someone leaves or new people comes, they are gonna charge them $125 even when new people comes at the time of lease renewing for the next year!
