I had such a good time here during brunch. We got there at a good time before the lunch rush rolled in. We decided to sit in the bar section. It was less crowded than the main dining room.
Our server was very cool and funny, which really set the mood for the rest of our time there. I ordered the Three Pigs skillet, and my mom ordered the California benedict with the hollandaise on the side. The Three Pigs was really tasty and hearty, lots of meat and just the right amount of potatoes. I had my eggs over easy, which were perfect and tasted fresh too. My mom's benedict looked pretty naked

We haven't ventured out much since the pandemic but ended up visiting this place two days in a row for breakfast. Both times it was awesome and service was excellent. One day I had French toast and crispy bacon. The other day I had the American breakfast.
Our server is a hilarious woman who makes breakfast eventful and fun. I highly recommend getting her table if you can.
We've never had a weight and spacing of tables is reassuring. No pictures to post but I will say that the portions are huge and they will customize your breakfast if requested.

Pretty good food and service! No complaints here, as in perfect portion size and good quality food. A very family friendly place with excellent hollandaise and classic brunch dishes. Benedict's is in a very random complex, location could be better but if I'm in the mood for eggs Benedict near me, I'd definitely come here.
I'm a fan of their California Benedict and orange berry crepes. Their paradise mimosa was the perfect pairing.

Walk From Home Challenge 1/10
Round-trip distance: 4.2-miles (6.75km)
In an effort to explore our new neighborhood more I'm instituting a "Walk From Home" challenge where we have to visit 10 places within walking distance.
This was our first destination as we wanted breakfast the other day and had been wanting to check out Benedicts since they first opened a few years back.
The Good:
*Chicken Waffle Benedict was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly; the sauce was very nice and thick; and the chicken was crispy and delicious. The only complaint was

Mediocre food, with mediocre service. Although food service was very quick and efficient (no mistakes) the quality off the food was just acceptable. I'm not going back if can go somewhere else. Benedict was best thing we had, we also tried the waffles and chicken fried steak which were all just okay. Prices are decent but I think the thing that keeps this place going is that that have a huge bar and drinks selection for alcoholic drinks but for coffee drinks only filter coffee.

So obsessed with this place. I've been going to Benedict's for years but found myself going more often during Covid. Their food is so so good.
The biggest shoutout here is how they follow all the instructions I leave for takeout orders. Specifically asked for hollandaise on the side and sausage vs. ham. Every single time they follow this correctly it's awesome. The poached eggs are always perfectly cooked and not overly hard/not runny. Honestly I'm always thrilled.
They also have meatloaf that comes with mashed potatoes for lunch. My only request is they have this on the

One of my favorite brunch spots to bring friends! The service is quick, and the staff are kind and inviting. The ambience is calm and great for families. We ordered the chicken and waffles Benedict and the beef feeling Benedict. This cafe is certainly known for their Benedicts; their hollandaise sauce is heavenly. The portions were filling and hearty.

Came here on a Saturday morning and there was no wait since there's ample seating both indoors and outdoors. I got the chicken and waffle benedict which was delicious. The chicken was not dry but harder to cut than I expected. I also did not like the potatoes, I wish they were better seasoned. Service was a little slow, I had to find someone to ask for the check. Overall, I would still return because of the limited wait and good food.

My family suggested getting to-go at this place for the eggs benedict. They tried it before, so I was open to it. We ordered a Classic Benedict and a California Benedict. I was disappointed in the way it turned out. The eggs were okay, not super runny. The sauce definitely seemed like it was more than a day old. And the side of hash browns were not crispy or cooked well done. The other benedict had slightly crispier hash browns, but the effort into peppering the benedict was horrendous. I'm not sure if I just had a bad experience or if this is normal because my parents were surprised about

I've been here twice. Ordered an omelette the first time, and the salmon eggs Benedict the second time. Flavors are a bit bland, which is good if you salt to taste, but the drinks are on par! I always order the Bloody Mary's, so I can't account for the other drinks. Staff is attentive and friendly, above and beyond most Bay Area restaurants.
I highly recommend the salmon eggs Benedict. Tasty. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles Benedict and said he'd be ordering it again. A definite winner in his eyes. No syrup on those chicken and waffles but I'm sore you

I believe this is the third time I've been here. The food and service is always solid. This is one of my favorite places to go for brunch in the south bay for a number of reasons.
1) There is never a wait! As others have mentioned, Benedict's might not look like much from the outside. I know I've driven past many times without taking notice, but that is part of the beauty of this hidden gem. There are also lots of tables of many sizes. We've brought our groups of family and friends in with no problem.
2) Service is awesome! My mom celebrated her birthday here and they gave

Cozy spot with ample seating. Friendly staff and quick service. I had the Meat Market Omelette with potatoes O'Brien and an english muffin. Hubby had the Chicken and Waffles sliders with a side of cheese grits and country potatoes. The sliders were a but bulky and hard to bite but the flavor was great. Good price for the portions. We also had mimosas that were decent. I had the strawberry mimosa which was okay. The puree didn't mix up too well and it could have been colder. But overall a good meal. We will be back.

Great little spot for neighborhood brunch! Always greeted with warm smiles, friendly staff, and tasty food!
The chicken and waffles Benedict is a house favorite and I have to agree!
There’s a traditional sitting room, and also a bar area for those who want a more casual setting. I’ve been to this place a couple of times and will continue coming back.

It was dark, gloomy and dull start to the Sunday! And we needed something to pick us up for the remainder of the weekend. What better than a good hearty breakfast in a cosy breakfast joint! And we found just the right spot in Benedicts Cafe and Bar.
Bit of a drive from home, but with almost non-existent morning traffic and coasting the inner roads of San Jose through the windy and drizzling weather we reached the place quickly and found the place to ourselves, almost.

I started with an appetizer of bernaise fries, which were quite tasty. They are recommended in another review on here, and I agree. You can't go wrong with them.
I'm a sucker for getting the namesake dish of places that I go, so I figured I would get the classic Benedict (note: breakfast all day is always awesome). One of the eggs was slightly overcooked, but not so much that I cared. The other one was perfect, and the hollandaise was tasty - albeit slightly broken, as you can tell from the photo.
My wife ordered a gussied-up grilled cheese. It was tasty, also.
The service was very attentive
