This is an absolutely great place for eye care. It’s a one stop shop right from Annual check-ups, Contacts prescriptions, eye glass prescriptions to fulfillment of contacts and eye glasses. This facility also provides highly advanced Ophthalmology care. The staff is very friendly and I will highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s great to find such a service right here in Maple Valley.

Dr. Neil and his team have been taking care of my eyes for years. We recently moved 1.5 hours away, but I made the trip anyway for my eye exam because of the trust I have in his care. I was over an hour EARLY for my appointment because Tacoma traffic was having a good day… and rather than make me wait, they fit me in with both the tech and Dr.Neil. In fact, I was on my way out the door and finished by my original appointment time! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Everyone was super friendly, efficient and thorough.
My son broke his glasses last week, and is practically blind without them. They were booked out about 2 weeks, but managed to rearrange some things and squeezed us in the next business day. We are very impressed with the level of service we received. Will definitely make this our regular eye doctor!

This was my first visit here! They took very good care of me. The staff was friendly and I did not have to wait long at all. Doc was thorough and friendly. I will make this my new forever eye care center. It looks like they have a terrific selection of eyewear too. Can’t wait to come back and get fitted. Thank you.

The entire staff and Doctors are just amazing.. Patrick did a great job of finding me the perfect frames for my face type.. most comfortable pair of frames I’ve ever worn and in 40 years of wearing glasses.. that’s saying something. Dr. Neal was so great.. explained all the things going on with my eyes (type 2 diabetic) and you can tell everyone there loves what they do. I won’t go anywhere else.. there customer service is the best I’ve dealt with.
