I was driving by the dog park and saw two office ladies cleaning what I think is the dog washing stations. I believed one of them was the manager. Even though I don’t have a dog, I really appreciated the staff always being on top of the everything making sure our complex is in tip top shape.

Nice apartment. wouldn't recommend though.
moved in around Covid time me and my fiancé, and we noice he had something missing from his restroom no One had been in our apartment except maintenance due Covid & we allowed maintence in to fix something in the apartment. when I reported it was basically was told I was lying. finally 6 months later I spoke to the HR i think her name is Christi/ Christina idk who cares but she told me if there wasn't a police report that she wasn't doing anything about it(just like that).
after that he had to come back and fix our fridge because

I wish I would’ve never agreed with my roommate to live at this complex! The office staff are careless, unprofessional and sometimes rude. They dress like they’re going to the club, with really short and flowy dresses and that’s probably why they NEVER walk the property. There are so many patios that look a complete mess with trashy furniture, broken blinds, and trash. There are a lot of broken patio/balcony pillars that look like they are about to fall apart or have termites. Another thing, the gym always needs cleaning, the residents don’t re-rack the weights, the treadmills are always

I have lived here for a little over 3 years. I moved in with the old company greystar and was here for the change in management to valiant. I have never had any issues that werent immediately taken care of. Friendly office staff and friendly maintenance.

I lived at this apartment complex for a few years before moving out earlier this year. Overall this is a great apartment complex but there are some issues too.
THE GOOD:
- Safety. This complex is very quiet and I do believe that the crime here is very low. The entrance gates always seem to be working which is added safety. The courtesy cop is great. Anytime I had any issues he was very quick to respond and always so nice & helpful
- Beauty. This complex is maintained really good. The landscaping is always nice and neat and overall this is a beautiful complex.

This place got worse when the management changed. I lived here since 2016 when greystar owned it. It was great at first. But once the management company changed everything went down hill. Something fishy about the rent to on the website it says our rent a one price and we pay then we get a letter every month saying we owe like $40 to $50. How can that be?? It always happened and never made since. I’m so glad I moved from this horrible place. This was a beautiful community and now it’s trash because management does not care!! They don’t clean up like they should. These pictures

Last week my fiancé and I booked a tour, and immediately when entering him and I felt very welcomed. The front staff greeted us with very opened arms. We asked several questions regarding the process and complex, the young lady , Monse, answered all without hesitation. Him and I plan on moving in very soon, it looks very peaceful and not to mention CLEAN! :D

I lived here for this past year and it was great. Nice and quiet, very friendly office staff (shout out to Jas)! Every single time I go into the office they are working hard helping the members of the Crenshaw Grand community. They are not snakes when you move out either - they don’t nickel and dime you for everything upon move out unlike some other apartment companies. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, the gym is small but accommodating, and the people that live at Crenshaw grand are very nice neighbors. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in Pasadena!
