Mongkol Sirpoke began working in the auto body repair industry over 45 years ago where he owned numerous body shops in Bangkok, Thailand. He moved to the United States in 1981, and in 1983 opened Mongkol Auto Body Shop. From the start, Mongkol took care and pride to provide the highest level of service and craftsmanship to his customers.
35 years ago, Mongkol Siripoke opened his first auto shop and created a family culture with the highest level of service and craftsmanship. Today, M & S Collision owns three locations in the Bay Area that specialize in auto body repair, auto body painting, frame straightening and minor dent repair for customers.
An accident that doesn't seem serious can still bend or put a frame out of alignment. Even slight damage to a vehicle's frame will affect the way it drives and operates. My experience with M&S collision (Santa Clara location) was fantastic: they are professional, affordable, and quick. My car (2011 Toyota Corolla) needed both bumpers to be replaced. When I took my car in, and they gave me a very reasonable quote and an appointment within 48 hours. During the work, they called me to update me on status. They finished the work two days ahead of schedule, and stayed exactly in line with their quoted price. My car looks almost brand new.

Not the place to do any business. They certainly don't do a good job. You will be required to go back to fix things after you get your car back, don't expect they will take care of issues all at once, you need to have enough time to keep going back to them as they need to offer a warranty( part of Farmers Insurance policy) on the work they do.

These folks took care of the damage on my daughters 2008 Mazda. They also buffed out some scuff marks from a prior incident. The car looked sensational when we picked it up today! It took a wee bit longer to get the car back from the original estimate, but it was much more important to get it right, in our opinion. One of the folks was even willing to meet us at the shop today to get the car back, even though they are not normally open on Saturdays. Need to get my truck over there to have them look at a fender after I managed to back it into a fence.

If I had to describe my experience in one word with the Team from M & S Collision, it would be SEAMLESS.
I have State Farm Insurance and I was looking for a local shop. I googled Auto Body in SC and M & S Collision popped up.
I made a call and my appointment was that day. They did the assessment and had a shuttle for me with in 30 minutes to grab my rent a car. There was actually zero out of pocket fees.
I got the word SEAMLESS is because that's exactly what it was. The team did all the work. They sent me text messages everyday. It was the best experience I've ever had with

Just got my car bumper painted. Their customer service is good, Tony is awesome. Even though I have some minor issues with my car that's irrelavent to the visit, Tony was happy to help with and addressed all concerns I had even though they were kinda busy on that day. Also, he mentioned the painting has a life time warranty if it falls off or anything,which is good. :)

I brought my car to M&S upon the recommendation of Anthony, one of their former employees. I do not regret that I went to them. Tony, the staff who assisted me was great and helpful. I believe that he gave me a fair pricing and helped me save a little bit more by his recommendations of what to do. The resulting fix of my front bumper and fender was awesome! M & S Collision was fantastic! Someone had hit the bumper of my Subaru Forester while it was parked and actually left a hole in it, in addition to several scrape marks. Tony at M & S Collision ordered the parts needed immediately even though I brought the car in on a Friday very close to the end of the work day. He then found that the estimate done by my insurance company approved-estimator had omitted a couple of things He contacted my insurance company, arranged for the additional work to be done and had the car back to me in 3 days. It looks like new.

Our Honda Odyssey van door literally came off its track. When we called the dealership, they were ready to charge us $160 just for a diagnosis. The last time we went to the dealership about our door (before it came off the track) they told us it'd be about $2000 to repair because we'd need a new door.
M&S worked on it for an hour, and only charged us for that time, and got the door back on safely very quickly, which saved us tons of money and time! We are so relieved and thankful! We will go back there if we get the part we need and they will fix the door for us for a minimal cost

The work they have done was superb -- there were some deep, ugly scratches in the paint but after the repair they disappeared. But lots of shops can do computer color matching and put down a nice coat of color and clearcoat.
What made working with M&S great was they were genuinely nice people to deal with -- none of the surly, withdrawn, difficult mechanic type I've had to put up with before.

My car got shot and left a bullet hole on my passenger seat door, came here to fix it because it was close by and Todd really took care of it. It was quick and they have great customer service. Todd even fixed my dent on the same door without any charge.
They did a great job on the door and it looks like its hasn't even been scratched. Overall pretty great experience for being the first time here, if I needed another repair I will definitely come back here.

Definitely 5 stars for the service and work. I got rear ended in an accident. My insurance gave me several in-network repair shop and I absolutely make the right choice.

The best place for service and quality. I went to other place last time because they were too busy, but I had to go back to M & S Collision this time because their quality of work and service was just so high in comparison. I would never go to any other place no matter how busy they are. It is really good to know where to go when an accident happens. Todd was very helpful, respectful, and responsive. He took great care of making sure that the car was all polished up perfectly after the work, and he provided me with the best service.

My car had minor damage on the bumper and this was fixed by M&S Collision in 2 business days.
The first estimation was done quickly; however, for some reason it took a while for scheduling an appointment to fix. I was told there'd be a follow up phone call but it ended up I had to call in a couple times to get a slot.
Overall I am happy with the service. The bumper was fixed nicely- no issue on that. Todd was helping me take care of some other minor scratches on the bumper as well. He is professional and very friendly.
