Neven is awesome! I have the first made BMW x5M in the world, which also means v8 issues. I've been coming to Neven for about 10 years and he always does a great job, reliable with not too expensive parts and labor. Pay around 2k each service, which is much better than the 6k I used to pay at the dealer. Not to mention Neven remembers you and is a great person overall! Maybe you should try to ask everybody to fix their car to perfect conditions that's up to a new car standard. I'm selling my car as is and there is no way that stands for the car is unsafe, you are exaggerating the facts and trying to cover every little unnecessary works to your report. Based on your findings, there are no car should be driving in the roads. Wait, does a bad hood strut will cause any unsafe? Where do I begin!! Let me just start with the fine customer service. Nevin, the owner, is a gem of a human being. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable with Volvo, BMW and Mercedes, he gives so much of himself when a customer walks in. We have had all our four cars serviced by Nevin and his fantastic team during the last ten years. We will not trust our cars to anyone but Nevin, Lazlo and the rest of the team of fine mechanics. He is reasonable, honest. So many times we have stopped by with a minor repair. Not only does Nevin do the job right then and there, but many times he will not

The starter on my 2008 BMW 328i failed so I had the car towed here for service. $760 including $400 for aftermarket starter and $360 in labor. The exact same starter retails for $120. Labor charge very reasonable because the starter on this model is difficult to access and is easily a 4-hour job. Good work, but 30% to 40% overpriced.

I brought my C300 here a number of times for various repairs, and have always received great service at reasonable prices. Most recently, my car needed some work that after diagnostics, was determined to be a dealership-only fix (ick). European Auto Performance was incredibly fair with charging me only for the actual work that they did, which I appreciate so much. I got a new car (non-Mercedes) this weekend, but if I ever purchase another, I will only come here in the future. Thanks!

My BMW coolant hose was broken, spent $120 for repairing at the shop because the shop is close to my work. 3 days after the repair, the coolant leaked again at the same host. This time I went to BMW dealership, and they found that the hose was not installed properly to cause the seal ring on the hose broken. The BMW dealer has to replace the host again for $140. I went back to this shop with the hose of broken ring. The owner had a bad attitude, tole me that BMW parts should be blamed, because the ring is too big. He only refund me the cost of the hose, since he could return the hose to where he

We've been coming here for years for my mom's car. Nevin is nice and very knowledgeable . He works fast and does a very good job.
After I bought my car, I've been coming here too. Whether is for regular oil change, parts upgrade, or repair. Way cheaper than other places without sacrificing quality. They definitely know their German cars.
Very easy to contact. They are very responsive to phone calls and super easy to make an appointment.
I had to get my code read for my car a couple of times and Nevin did it for free. And I didn't even end up doing any repairs.

Last month my wife had an accident with her Volvo, she is fine, thank God, but the car needed to be repaired. A colleague of my wife's told her about this car repair shop in our town. We turned to European Auto Performance to fix the damages and they did a great job! I hope there won't be any further accidents, but if our cars need to be repaired - this is our auto repair shop from now on!

I've been taking my Mercedes to Nevin and Lasslo at European Auto for almost 20 years and am convinced that they are the reason my car is still running today. They have been extremely good to me, & I totally trust them. Even though they moved to Cupertino from Palo Alto (20 miles further), I still take my car there.
Yes, it's time for another car and since I don't want to buy a NEW car, I will buy a used one from them and continue to use them as my mechanics.

Just had my BMW repaired at this shop. Go to Nevin directly as he is the guy you want to talk to. He went out of his way to make sure my car was in and out the same day and to make sure I got the best deal on parts.
What makes me appreciate this shop so much is even when problems arose that weren't even really their fault they went above and beyond to make it right and I still got the car back even though it was a Friday.
If you want an affordable honest shop I recommend this one.

Two guys in this shop. Nevin (the only reason there are two stars) is okay. Only my wife has dealt with him, and she thinks that he's knowledgeable but is not a big fan of him. The other guy Laslo is a total idiot - does the bare minimum, overcharges you for sure, and is full of attitude. There are quite a few other repair shops out there with better service and the same, if not lesser, prices.
If you do decide to take your car there, do insist on talking to Nevin. Though their rates are exhorbitant, that is the case with most european repair shops, but even if the rates were half that, Laslo

I've come to European Auto since '05 with an E36 & an E39. Nevin is the owner, and the sole person you should speak with if, and when, you decide to finally take your vehicle here. The best time to reach Nevin is between 10 & 11 am.
I can understand what some of the lower ratings are about. Maintenance with German vehicles is ridiculous, we all know this; but that's what comes with driving a machine, that even stock, is built to out-preform everything else on the road.
