The wraparound balcony provides marine life viewing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different types of fish, but most of all you will enjoy viewing the most amazing sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico every day!We have the latest technology including Bluetooth surround sound stereo system with individually controlled Bose speakers in the great room, master bedroom and balcony.

The large open kitchen has a 16 foot breakfast bar fully equipped for gourmet dinners. The kitchen has Premium Stainless Steel Appliances, including Frigidaire 5 burner cooktop with convection oven, Samsung microwave, LG French Door Refrigerator with Large Ice Maker, LG Dishwasher corian countertops and a panoramic view of the beach.
Bedroom 2 This guest bedroom is has a queen size bed and a twin size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table, Flat Screen HD TV, and a Blue-ray DVD player and chest with plantation shutters. It opens onto a back 719 sq ft balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have a separate bathroom.
Pool The tropical beach front has two gulf front pools, 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 294 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine.
