After using the services of a large property management company, Harry and Miriam, found themselves very dissatisfied with the assistance they were receiving.
You've been planning this vacation for months, maybe even years, and just before you leave, your child spikes a fever. Or maybe your company decided to transfer you to the new West Coast office. Or more likely, you've been keeping an eye on a storm over the Atlantic and it's starting to look like your plans will be affected.
A - Not necessarily. If you make a reservation more than 45 day prior to the reservation day then a down payment is required to book and the balance is due 45 days prior to the reservation day. This is not to say you couldn't make weekly or monthly payment. Splitting a payment with another couple is fine too.
