You can't rent so not much to experience. I did some work an owners boatlift and he did not pay me a dime other than that building is decently maintained

I don't live here, yet visited a friend who does. Oh wow. It is so nice. Beautiful spaces, the pool is clean and beautiful, also have a hot tub, workout room, mailbox, balcony right on the water. Definitely a great place to live. Wandering Knapps

Very nice condominium located just minutes away from st. Andrews State Park. Great boat access from here with direct access to the Gulf.

Great place to live and the owners and residents always are enjoyable to speak with. The staff here always seems to get the job done. They have 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plans and 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spaces with large wrap-around balcony spaces and electric grills on all balconies. Being a local and being a local accommodations specialist for Panama City Beach, Fl. there is not much better options than Marina Landing Condos. Has weight room, zero entry pool (not heated), hot tub, and boat parking marina... Enjoy the pictures!
