Worst agency and agents I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. Gross incompetence, failure to follow up, screwed up contracts and obviously not liked by other agents or agencies.
I attempt multiple times to speak with Emily Moreland about her agents but never responded.
Was forced to fire them and of course the agent acted like a little girl and threw a fit over email.
Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like Covid-19.

We recently used Moreland to sell our home. Although the home did sell, our experience with our agent was not a good one. She gave us the strong impression throughout the process that our interests and concerns were of no importance to her. Once the sale was complete we wrote personally to express our concerns to Emily Moreland, the founder of the company. We have never had cause to do this before and so were very disappointed to receive no response at all from Ms Moreland, not even an acknowledgement. It leads us to believe that Moreland really don't have any interest in serving their clients

I have used Moreland, specifically Anna Lee, on several real estate deals. She is the best in the business. She is prompt, professional, responsive, attentive, and a delight to work with.
