Quaint neighborhood coffee shop with a great selection of bakery items and pastries. They also serve food, and though I haven't tried a proper meal, everything served to others looked tasty. Coffee was good! Will be back! Best food and best coffee is available here with amazing ambiance and atmosphere.
I just love visiting this place with my friends and I have tried a lot many this of this place and they are just superb. The sandwich (egg, ham, pepperjack on a biscuit) was excellent and the coffee was good (I had plain coffee, not a specialty/latte.) I would go with a 5 star but for a cup of coffee and a biscuit sandwich was 11 bucks.

I have a client nearby so I've been stopping by for coffee to go for a few months now. Today they had one of those ridiculous signs saying "No one wants to work anymore so please be patient...." As soon as I saw that I walked out.
The stimulus checks ended months ago, and there's no evidence to support a correlation to hiring. The reason no one "wants to work" there is probably because they don't pay enough. I don't support businesses who don't support workers and then shame them for wanting a decent place to work, a living wage, and to be treated with dignity. I went to Sacred Grinds instead

Atmosphere was the best part of the experience. There was lots of local art and posters to see and purchase if so inclined.
The chicken and waffle was ok but not amazing which was needed to compensate for the omelette.
The staff was pleasant and friendly.
The omelette is what sunk this score to a 2. The onions and peppers were terrible, very greasy and charred. The rest of the omelette was not much better. It was paper thin and generally not good.

I chose this restaurant because it participated in my airline rewards program. I had just flown in to New Orleans around 10 am and wanted to pick up some food to take to our rental house where I would eat it and relax . I arrived to an old converted gas station with pleasant people sitting outdoors -two with their dogs so I knew that this was my kind of place. Lots of big coffee cups with local art on the walls and people enjoying their leisurely Sunday morning reading and visiting. I ordered Eggs Florentine, grits, and an order of bacon for one dollar more. I also was tempted by a display case
