To be fair I should have refused the room they gave us the first night it smelled so horribly of mildew. I tried to hint towards that by asking to reduce the smell. They gave me a spray freshener instead. My throat closed up in the early hours of the morning and I spent the rest of the time in my car. They gave us a new room the next day but I ended up with a sinus infection. I asked for the first night refunded and they gave me half since I spent half the night in the room. SUNNY invited me to never come back on top of that when I mentioned mold in front of another guest. This is a poorly managed

It’s a nice place to stay, the people running it were nice and helpful. The pool wasn’t ever warm but it was raining on and off, so that might have had something to do with it. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite in the back and the balcony and view was very nice. You also have your own private parking spot for your room only. I thought that was great. Bed is not comfortable to me but lots of other reviews say it is. But it’s very firm. I guess I’ll chalk that up to personal preference.

I chose this place for the value knowing it's going to be an older property and needs some love. When I checked in and out the attendant was very nice. From the pictures I saw online it looked like they tried to take care of the cleanliness by each bed had a different comforter. I was not disappointed in that fact yes each bed had a different comforter look like they were trying to keep it as clean as possible. If you have a room on the back side it is very quiet. Has a great view of the woods. The squirrels were plentiful and playing just right outside your door. I will definitely be back and
