Came out to see Wayne Hancock! šŸ’• stayed at the Lodge. Rooms were clean and I was comfy. They could use a modern day face-lift and there are no usb charging outlets anywhere so don't forget your wall chargers. drinks were perfect and the wait staff was attentive. The tent with the heaters was nice and warm.. Food was pizza and subs mostly. Weird note in bathroom about not getting your make up on their towels. Sorry if I did I was quite tipsy and needed to wash my face before bed. The only thing I didn't enjoy was being woke up early to the loud sound of someone scraping ice and snow off the balcony

Stayed in the best room they have and it was very moderate. Only complaint was the terrible lighting. got their nachos based off recommendations, but they were absolutely horrendous, i wouldnt even call them nachos. also ate at the breakfast across the street they recommended and that was not very good either. the location however was very convenient

We just returned home from our holiday getaway to Eureka Springs. We stayed in the Wanderoo Cabin at the Wanderoo Lodge for three nights. We wouldnā€™t chalk our experience up to anything less than magical. This was the first time we traveled with our two pups, so we were a little nervous, but this place was very accommodating for pups. And all of the travelers with their furry companions were very responsible. Of course we did our research and read the reviews before coming, but please donā€™t listen to the negative reviews. The price reflects the accommodations. It is apparent they arenā€™t trying

Such a great vibe here! We're in for diversity weekend and absolutely love this charming place. We had a delicious dinner here last night. The flatbreads are fantastic! We had a great night's sleep and love the room, amenities, and, most importantly, the people. The owners are super cool guys who genuinely reflect southern hospitality. We are already planning a return trip!

Long uncomfortable night....bed sagged and pillows were way too big and lumpy. Upstairs neighbors thought 230am was a good time to argue and talk loudly. There was no water coming out of bathroom sink, we notified front desk and they said they would have someone out in the morning. The morning shower furthered frustrations as the water wouldn't drain. We opted to cancel second night of our stay. We were given refund for second night and a meek I'm sorry from lady at front desk.

Rooms advertised online ARE NOT what all guests get. Very, very deceiving and disappointing. Rooms on the pool side of the property are atrocious! Dirty carpet, poor air conditioning, a wooden stick to "secure" the paper thin window, dim lighting, no ventilation, random hooks all in the ceiling, exposed light sockets, mismatched, rusty hardware, holes in wall, unprofessional signs taped in bathroom, pool area is not maintained, landscaping is nonexistent, parking is a nightmare, walls are paper thin, ants in bathroom....... the list goes ON. I really hate to leave bad reviews, especially during

Wanderoo is a is laid back. The Gravel Bar patio has live music & we really enjoyed hanging out. We were very pleased with the food and the craft cocktails.
Our room was spacious. We would

I had a great experience at the Wanderoo. I am a solo female and I had my dog with me. I always felt safe and taken care of at the Wanderoo. I thought my room was really nice, itā€™s not downtown metro luxury, but itā€™s so warm and inviting. The staff and owners really care about their guestā€™s experiences and all you have to do is ask for something if you need it. The Gravel Bar was a lot of fun with a great patio and often live music in the evenings.
I do highly recommend the Wanderoo. It was a wonderful experience and Iā€™ll be back for sure!

We booked five nights when we came up for a wedding, we booked a cabin and it was awful when I walked in the front door it felt like I was going to fall through the floor because it was so rotted the Power outlet kept tripping the breaker when my wife would try to dry her hair, no parking and their pool has been closed for two years also there was some crazy crazy stuff going on that night loud parties in the rooms across from us and girls going in and out of other rooms I couldn't wait to get out of there, we booked a room at the best Western across the street it was amazing they have an

Great location, comfortable bed and clean rustic room with pops of orange (favorite color) Really enjoyed the patio view. We extended our stay due to enjoying it so much. Staff was friendly and helped us out when our phones were out of service (kayak fail) Downtown Eureka was nearby and the trolley
stops was a few steps away. Restaurant nearby had live music and flatbread pizza was some of the best I've had. Cant wait to return.

I really want to write a fantastic review, but just can't. Imagine a summer camp - adult version. We were in the Outfitter cabin. The floor was not even and the tv was crooked as a result. The room smelled musty. All of the furniture was updated (not the original) and the bathroom was also updated. Little things like the threshold in between the bathroom and bedroom was wood, and part of it was missing. It's like the "punch list" items were not completed. Small things were not completed during the renovation. The plus is the Gravel Bar with outdoor music. They also had a camp

I understand what the owners are trying to do with the motel, but DIY is not really the way to go with a motel and public spaces. Our room was never dry. Everything was damp all the time, in fact there was condensation constantly running down the walls. There are no headboards and pillows kept falling down between the bed and walls. The bathroom needs a lot of attention. Overall the room was clean, but not comfortable at all. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed and lean against the wall or a hard metal chair. The window unit AC was so loud it was difficult to sleep. We had booked for

After driving 8 hours it was so pleasant to arrive to a dog-friendly place with restaurant, bar (for the wife ;)) and clean bathtub. Actually the room was very clean, and smelling good. This is tough to find while on the road, so we certainly got lucky here. Our room had 2 doors and the backdoor was facing a natural forest area. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and DEERS came in the morning. Couldn't believe the deers came that close. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere while sipping our morning coffees. Loved it!

We had a great getaway at this fun boutique hotel! Our room was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony off the back of our room. Even had a few deer visit one morning while having coffee. The food and drinks at the lounge were delicious & reasonably priced. The live music was awesome! The owners/staff left us a welcome note and it was the kind of personal touch that makes you want to visit again! We plan to in the future!

If you are looking for a place to stay, this should be it!!! The owners, staff are the best people! I got taken here for a surprise trip for my birthday and this place made it amazing! The rooms are adorable, clean and comfortable. If you want a great experience in Eureka Springs this should be the place you stay at or at the very least visit the bar and have some amazing food and drinks!

First: The employees and bar definitely raised the stars. Without them, this would have been a low 2 or 1 star rating.
The new paint and light fixtures detract from the truthfulness of what the room actually is. Rooms are in much needed repairs, like the bathroom ceiling, two different bed heights, and window/door locks. Doors are really thin; I.e. woken up early to the effects of the neighbors late night. Parking is also hard to find if the bar is busy since it's the same lot. Location is near north town entrance but further from downtown than other hotels. I could see $80/night but $150

Sure there are more elegant places in Eureka to stay, but if you looking for fun, quirky and on a budget then there is no better stay than at The Wanderoo Lodge. The check-in lobby is in the house that is also home to the on-site watering hole and restaurant - The Gravel Bar (see separate review).
The place is an old school motel with plenty of features that are not quite up to date. The water in the shower was a bit tricky to adjust, the outdoor concrete steps and carpeting in the room have seen better days and parking and navigating the lot can be an adventure; but even with those small details

The check-in is in the house they've made a restaurant/bar, which was glowing amidst the total darkness and frog songs outside when we arrived at 11pm, and we could hear laughter and oldies music coming from within. It was so hauntingly inviting and delightful to arrive here. Like walking into the bar in the Shining, except none of the sinister tone. This bar also happened to be one of the fewer places open late and a really great place to hang out with local beer on draft and cocktails. The rooms have some dated bathroom fixtures and the carpet might not be the newest, but they are spacious

What a wonderful experience at such a great price! The king size bed room choice had everything we needed (mini fridge, smart tv, comfy bed, etc), plus very friendly and helpful staff. It was also convenient having a restaurant and bar on the premises. We will definitely be going back the next time we visit Eureka.

Gravel Bar and restaurant is top notch. Excellent food ,GF ( gluten free) pizza was out standing. Awesome service , totally accommodated 4 of us without a table. We sat in the inside room by the 4 chairs. Waiter was superb. This was 5th time there since they opened. They know how to run a business unlike the place we went to first and left.

My friend and I absolutely LOVED Wanderoo. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our entire stay. We originally had just one bed with an additional rolling bed added to the room but were surprised by two queen size beds upon arrival. A room opened up and we were upgraded immediately. Our room was a bit dark but we didn't mind that at all as it actually helped us sleep! Our view was out towards the woods, which was really relaxing. They are generous with fresh towels, toilet paper, and all the toiletries.

Downtown is a really pretty, easy walk. Maybe 10-15 mins? Parking was never an issue at the

Last minute decision to stay here on the way back from Dallas to St Louis. Great decision by Daddy (me).

Wife and daughters loved the remodel. Described well by others. Oldest even loved the orange chairs and orange K cup matching combo.

Selected a two queen room in the main motel area. Comfy although the bed was not the best for me.

We met wonderful folks next door to us.

Wife and I stopped at the gravel bar for a few sips before we headed off to sleep. So glad we did. Skyler was bartending (currently a picture of her wonderful self in the yelp photos). She was so much fun that

Husband and I stayed in the Outfitter Cabin for a couple of days, and it was absolutely perfect! It's essentially just a hotel room in its own free-standing building, which is perfect if you're like us and just need a comfy, quiet place to crash at night.

One of the biggest perks of the lodge is that they are pet friendly and do not charge an extra fee for animals...almost unheard of these days! Our two dogs were so excited to come along with us and they were just as comfortable as we were.

We didn't get to take advantage of the Gravel Bar on site, but it's a really nice
