This was a great place to stay! We would definitely stay again. Great location! Rooms were super clean and accommodations were excellent! The owner was super nice, giving us a spot to park our truck and trailer and some great maps for motorcycle rides. Thanks for making our trip to Eureka Springs a great one!

I can't say enough good things about this little motel. PROS: I was super impressed at the cleanliness of the room. The hot water is hot, rinses clean and comes out hard. Towels are soft not like other hotels where they are crunchy and hard feeling. Air conditioner has a remote control and works extremely well. Bed is SUPER comfortable, which is extremely important to me. The couple who run it/own it are extremely nice and helpful. We accidentally spilled a drink and not only did they provide us with new towels but also offered to come and clean it. I will be staying at this inn for

Location is perfect. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The rooms are updated and clean, beds are comfy. You may see deer playing out back in the mornings. Very nice. People are friendly. The coffee pots are the tiny one cup ones that use the packets. They only give you one for each person. But they do have coffee in the office beginning at 8:00. All in all, a good experience.

I booked my stay here based on previous yelp and trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed. The room was very clean. I had never heard of "Swiss clean" before but I'm a fan! The room was a basic motel room (see posted pics). It had a mini fridge, hair dryer, basic toiletries, coffee pot, good water pressure and a comfortable bed. It did not have a phone, which other than calling the front desk I never use anyway or an alarm clock. So, if you need an alarm, bring your own. The shower floor was really slick so I put a hand towel down to stand on to avoid slipping and falling.

We stayed here in September for a weekend trip to Eureka Springs. It was a good, mom & pop place. Clean, old building, inexpensive as far as hotels go (about $60 per night for a 2 queen non-smoking). A big perk is that it's across the road from Pancakes Place & just down from the Rockin' Pig, both of which are big favorites of mine. One funny item of note: an instant coffee maker from what, the 70s? It's built into the wall near the sink. Pros: inexpensive clean, relatively well-located, very nice helpful owners. Cons: nothing fancy, extremely dated, not downtown. :)
