Richard is very knowledge about his work and honest about what can or can't be achieved with your item. He restored an old jewelry box that my grandmother gave to my mother and it turned out great! The color of the wood is so much better and the interior fabric looks new again, he even added a nail to strengthen the bottom. I would definitely take any other items I have here!

Richard came over to our condo, gave us an estimate on the work that needs to be done and items that might appear during the work.
He did a great job in the timely matter with a dollar amount less than he had quoted. Our Koa Wood table looks like brand new.
Great job Richard!
I'm going back to have more work done on other antiques.

Called the guy asking for a quote seemed a bit annoyed. Would not give a "ballpark" quote over the phone. This I do not understand, a simple ballpark estimate with the words "price is subject to change if any issues arise not noted during conversation". Thatd all I wanted, to find the best bang for my buck.... not the company for me. Tried to delete the poor review but could not, so I made it a bit better Richard.
