The best customer service you will ever have! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Melissa and Ron over the last six months as I found carpets for my new place. Their collection of authentic and certified Hamadan carpets is like none other in QUALITY, UNIQUENESS, and PRICE. (Search places like Etsy for years and you wont find carpets like these let alone for the price). They are so incredibly lovely and flexible, allowing me to take home a few carpets to try, and bring back the ones that didn't work! They also have complementary delivery and Ron stopped by to see the space and give advice

Melissa Chapman, the Owner, and Ron Macalma, the General Manager, are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, informative, flexible, creative, and are willing to go the extra mile. They provided white glove services with ease. They have an excellent range of unique inventory items and will work with you to ensure 100% satisfaction. They offered a range of suggestions with no pressure whatsoever including home consultation. In my situation they made minor repairs at no charge on an old piece and provided free convenient delivery.

If you appreciate the classic European fine furniture and timeless antiques, the chapman Collection is must see. I feel so lucky to find the store accidently and very impressed by the collections. We bought the rarely found dinning set and Royal collection long console there. Ms. Melissa, the owner is a warm-hearted lady and has very sharp eye and great taste about the home décor. She always let us try out first. She also gave us nice recommendations for the matching pieces such as carpets and tapestry and other small furniture to make your house a nice home with stylish. Their service is Incomparable

We wondered into The Chapman Collection while on vacation in La Jolla, we saw a beautiful English antique table desk outside Melissa's shop that caught our attention. Now, 720 miles away that beautiful desk sits in our home office!
We were fortunate enough to meet Melissa when we visited her store and she led us to several beautiful pieces. We purchased the desk, an altar piece. a round entry table and a chase lounge. Wow, such beautiful furniture.
