Interested in renting a property from Nestwell? Please review the rental requirements and minimum standards below before you begin the application process. Proof of Income: 3 most recent pay stubs or 2 years of most recent tax returns if self-employed. Co-signers/Guarantors are required to have an application score of 700 or higher and will be factored into the applicant screening score to determine application result.
Alpine is a very small community in Utah County, home to just under 10,000 people. Well 1st of all I want to say that I have a hard time waiting waiting sometimes and when I would text to find out information I would also call and they had no problem talking to me. They were always still very friendly and they told me that I was never bothering them and that they were always there for me. Katie was not only professional, she was welcoming. Moving to another state has its list of challenges and finding a home is by far the #1 on that list. Katie answered all my questions with confidence and if she didn’t know the answer to something she was honest about it and circled back quickly with the correct answer. She allowed me to feel comfortable and made everything seem less for me even though I was across the country.

I was greeted for the showing by Reagan. What a welcoming energy! I immediately felt at ease. I could ask my questions, bring up my concerns, deliberate & also have space to consider and envision. She is a wonderful balance of being informative whilst also offering up room to consider your options.
I didn't feel rushed by her and if she's an example of Nestwell Prop Management style then it shows me they aren't going to try and sell you (although in this market housing gets taken up quickly).
I've so far enjoyed my experience w/ them. The application process is straightforward

I'm a landlord that has used Nestwell/CDA for 6 years. I used to recommend them to other landlords, I can no longer do so. Just use Rentler. 2 stars to remember the better times.
Pros:
I never had to deal with the renters and they seemed happy with Nestwell.
They quickly find new tenants.
Cons:
They seem to represent the renter more than the landlord by pushing rents that are cheaper and terms the renter wants. They don't seem to have a great feel for the market.
Monthly reporting is unclear and unnecessarily complicated.
They have lost the personal touch that used

A friend who rented at a Nestwell property recommended them when I rented out a home after moving. Every aspect of working with them was excellent and professional - great communication and responsive service. When I sold the home, one of the residents renting it purchased it with Nestwell's brokerage serving as the buyer's agent. That process was smooth and professional as well. I highly recommend them for renters, owners, buyers, and sellers!

This is not even a sad resemblance of the awesome company CDA which I understand is the previous name of Nestwell. We rented over a decade ago from Adam Willis and had such an amazing experience I've been recommending to him for years. No longer. Our renting experience has been so incredibly stressful under Nestwell. Thank goodness we personally connected with our actual landlord because everything from repairs to scheduled inspections has been nothing short of stressful, unfriendly, and frankly inhumane. The agents showing houses are incredibly kind although they tend to not know much about

Incompetence at its best. The same continued mistakes and lack of care or professionalism is rampant with Nestwell.
Nestwell was the most frustrating organization, starting from day 1, that I have ever had the unfortunate experience to have to tolerate. Leases were filled out incorrectly, no call-no show agent/vendor/contractor appointments and an antiquated computing system led to a lot of frustration.
We were forced to perform our own the move-in inspection when we moved to Suncrest from out of state over the holidays in Dec 2018. Obviously, when we moved out in April 2020 Nestwell nickled

I worked with Kim at two properties I was viewing. I recently moved to SLC UT from California. Kim was terrific. Professional, nice and helpful! Great follow up too. Looking for a rental in a new city is a bit stressful so I really appreciated meeting Kim, and from what I could tell, the company she represents was doing a good job preparing the rentals for the new tenant.

My wife and I rented an apartment through CDA properties for two and a half years. We had a great experience working with them. They were very prompt in responding to our requests and questions. Communication with Shannon Connelly and Linda WIllis was fantastic from the day we moved in until the day we moved out. When we finally decided to buy our own home, we worked with Julie Ingman, a real estate agent at CDA properties who we were really impressed with and did an awesome job for us.

We were recently looking to rent in Daybreak. It's an absolute crazy rental market and our wish list (4 BR, yard, gas stove) made it even tougher. I was connected with CDA Properties from a coworker who rented from them years ago and had glowing reviews.

I have never felt so disrespected as a renter. I have lived in this building for 4 years. I have never paid rent late even once. When MCRE bought the building we as tenants were in hopes of seeing improvements but unfortunately the opposite is happening. This company is aware of a bed bug infestation and are unwilling to do anything about it. They allow homeless people to live in the broiler room and shoot up drugs in the laundry room. I am a.single woman and I value my safety. I have never felt so unsafe or unimportant as I have in the last 6 months. The fact that they would rather let bed bugs
