I can't say enough about Rockin Sunset RV! The entire staff Liz, Alicia, and the guys work tirelessly to keep the park in shape. Always clean and beautiful facilities including an awesome pool. The ponds, walking path, club house, and family type atmosphere keep us calling this home. They easily accept packages and mail for your site number with a friendly email reminder that you have a package.

Large pull thrus, clean kept up grounds, nice lg pond, nice amenities- play area for kids, pool, TV, free coffee, laundry. They have long list of rules (understandable sure). Showers were not as clean as other places but reasonable, except where it says pick up your hair from drain, my hair ok but gross I'm not looking to clean miscellaneous hair from a drain. People were not that friendly to me but then again maybe I'm imagining things but I'm never sure anymore. Military discount? I wouldn't know all they said to me was "good morning". "That'll be $40 something

We've been visiting this park for many years and have been sorely disappointed recently. We were out of town and our son in law and daughter were staying at the park with their family.
Our son in law passed away suddenly. The owners, who live on site, NEVER came out to check on the welfare of our daughter and her sons. We have been appalled by their behavior. We Will NEVER stay there and pay their exorbitant rates again. We have heard that they pad their electric rates and are far higher than their neighbors. In addition, drive thru the park. Dumpsters located right out front. Lovely

I have lived at Rockin' Sunset RV Resort for the past year and a half and I can honestly say I am sad to leave. The owners are amazing, the staff is great, they strive to keep the park a safe, clean, kid friendly, pet friendly place. No where else you go, or have ever been, will ever live up to Rockin Sunset RV Resort. Thanks JR and Alicia for everything!

Perfect for your full time RV living or just stop in for the night, open almost 2 years and has all the amenities you will ever need. Just a short distance from Terrell, Forney, Kaufman, Canton (home of 1st Monday trades days) and 30 minute east of Dallas. Always a friendly face to greet you, staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and part of the Rockin Sunset family.
