Great folks. Professional and friendly. Stayed 10+ days in pull thru 49. Concrete and level. Hook ups worked. Used Laundry, bathroom, showers. All worked great and buildings heated. Sanitized. Nice little store and huge great room. Small gym but everything works.
The grounds are maintained very nicely. Daily trash pick up-spoil me.
Wifi was pretty good, spotty at times.
I rode out that awful windy freezing temps here and they remained open and in good spirits.
The paving is done on fm 549.
Couple of negatives: ATT service, I had one bar of service, barely LTE so most text w pictures failed

The park is very nice but it says the hot tub is open until 10:00. You need to call them an hour before so they can turn it on. The office closed at 6:00. My husband tweeked his back while we were out so he wanted to use the tub when we got back. We called the after hours number to request they turn it on. They didn’t. If they advertise something is available, it should be.
Otherwise it’s clean and pull throughs make life easy.

Very strict for no apparent reason. Cant have a tire thats flat for over a day or you will get a complaint from the management. Cant even watch a movie or play a video game on the wifi. I got told to stop smoking my nicotine vape by a resident. Also i got kicked out of my dads just because i wasn't 21 and i barely had another place to live. So yea to sum it up this place is not great. Its quite and everything but the people and the rules are just absurd.

I typically don't want to share about the hidden gems...so they can stay hidden. But, this place deserves the rating! The customer service is absolutely amazing and they are always so so friendly. Because of traffic, we showed up SUPER late to check in (11:30pm) and we were stuck out at the gate and forgot the code. They showed up and unlocked the gate for us - even helping us find our spot! They have clean concrete pads for weekly and gravel for monthly. Everything is SUPER clean at this park. The grounds team and front desk workers do an outstanding job of making this "rv park" feel like a resort

This is one of the best RV parks in TX. Terrell is a sprawling town with many good eateries. The park has new laundry facilities, activity center, pristine grounds and facilities and most importantly a concrete pad! The grounds include a few tiny homes architecturally noteworthy and a lake. Hint the swans are fake.

Awesome RV park to stop at! We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but we enjoyed our time here and were pleasantly surprised. Communication was easy and hassle free for our slightly late check in. They even left out cookies with our paperwork! The kids really enjoyed them. The park was very clean and well maintained. We liked that the pool stayed open later so we were able to enjoy it after arriving (so many RV parks close them too early). Would definitely stop here again.

Really great place to stop for the night. Pull through sites, concrete pads. Could've used the pool and amenities but we just wanted to sleep. Only negative is they need to treat the grass for fleas. We'll definitely keep this on the list for layovers. **Update to 5 stars because the park contacted me after reading my review to get details on the flea issue so they can address it!

Extremely friendly staff...Becky welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies and made a suggestion for a local restaurant (Texas Steak & Grill - good dinner with plenty of leftovers for the next night). The sites are roomy with a concrete pad. Bathrooms are clean and nice. The pool and hot tub made for a relaxing evening. The tv stations came in great through the antennae.
