We are located just 30 miles East of Dallas off of Highway 80 between Forney and Canton and only 2 miles to town which gives you the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants, all while living the country life.
Our goal is to bring back the farm lifestyle all while giving that Southern Charm we know this park has. We are a tight-knit family who have years of experience in RV Park management, Rental management and Farm management. Southern Belle is a family owned business, not a corporation. We live locally and are very hands-on making the park great.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. My job brings me to this side of DFW a few times a year for couple of mouths at a time and I will be back. The new owners have done some incredible work to this place. I stopped coming here back in 2015 because it was starting to get run down but not anymore. I was surprised and felt comforted to find out they run background checks on new renters.

A gorgeous RV escape on a small farm. There are pet miniature cows among other wild life. The people who run it are very sweet and helpful. When you are here, it's so peaceful- you'd never know you're only ten minutes or less from shopping, eating out, or almost anything else you could need. My only complaint is the lack of available internet. We work from home- so it's an absolute necessity and there are no good or viable options here. Other than that, it's the perfect place for anyone.

I absolutely loved staying here! The owners are wonderful people. Had an electrical problem with my camper late in the evening so the owners stayed with me for a few hours to actually fix the problem. They are always on top of issues and good at responding quickly. The campsite is kept up very well and clean. The land is beautiful and the animals are a big plus for families with children. The "wash house" is clean and updated. It's a simple place and quiet, perfect for someone looking for peace. If I ever had to move back in the area, this would definitely be my first choice.

Stayed here back in August of last year. We payed for a month and were out within 2 weeks! We had never had roaches untill moving here. The whole park was infested. We were not even allowed to hire an exterminator for our trailer. The spots are very small. Half of the trailers were very rundown. The manager has a day job and is usually too busy to deal with people in the afternoon. She also only comes around to give change for laundry once, maybe twice a week. We were not pleased with how the park was managed or the price for such small spots in a park with few amenities. Don't be fooled by the

Weather you are staying long term or just there for a short stay you will feel at home there.
The Owners are so awesome!!!
I just love Kristen, Bruce and TJ.
To me they are like family.
Always greeting their residents with a smile.
The park is beautiful in a nice country setting.

My wife and I just moved in :) this park has continued to amaze us! We have two dogs, and there is a little dog park on site! We were thrilled to see this! We have never seen a r.v park have a dog park included! The park is very quiet, and safe! We feel at home already! I just want to say thank you for having us! We cannot wait to spend the year here with yall! Oh and the bathroom/ laundry room is amazing! The pictures on here do not do it justice!!! We feel we are visiting our parents, so cozy and very clean, also my wife loves how everything is decorated!

Background checks for tenants and guests. It makes for a much safer park. No partying or loud groups. Management is quickly available for issues. Management enforces rules and keeps a clean and healthy environment. Some trailers are older models but no trashy duct tape trailers or stuff like that. Great place to stay.

I stayed here in my big truck (bobtail only, no trailer) over the 4th of July 2012 holiday with another truck driver friend of mine who also had a big truck, while it was hot, the tenants here were very friendly and welcoming. You could see the fireworks display that the city of Terrell puts on every year. The park is very clean with nice shaded campsites, the fishing pond is stocked with lots of fish (we caught eight large catfish within the hour) and overall we had a wonderful time.
