I would recommend Cherokee Creek RV Resort. We arrived here on October 2nd and moved a long way back to Texas from Florida. The owner Gerald made sure that we had a spot when we arrived. We really appreciated Gerald's kindness in holding us a place to park our RV when we got to Texas.

This is a very friendly and professionally run rv park. I called this morning needing some information for a service call, instead they are taking care of it for me. If you are needing a place to put your RV, come here. They do it right.

I was a new "RV-er" so when i showed up i only paid for 2 nights. Arrived at 2 a.m. in morning and it was so quiet i didnt want to disturb any one by me setting up.. upon day light, Hagan (General Manager of park) came down to my travel trailer and helped me set up with a quick one-on-one of RV-ing. Long story short..... i paid for a week then a month..... Hated to leave but will stay there again.... Office staff was awesome.
As far as muddy, yes it was muddy at times but was not an issue for me as long as i stayed on space parking or drive areas....
Thank staff for your help and southern charm

We lived here for about a year and we absolutely loved it! the staff were very helpful and the owner was always available and always understanding! i couldn't have picked a better place for my kids to call home for awhile. it was always peaceful and has several luxuries currently and in the making.
we had the convenience of on-site propane a laundry room a parts house vending machines and not very costly. we will miss this place tremendously along with the owner and the peace of mind.
if you are looking to find a rv park to pass through or call home this is it!!!

Absolutely love where this park is located! Close enough to the city for work, sets off hwy 175 just a few miles..far enough you can’t hear hwy traffic. The park is expanding and transforming quickly. It has approx 60 spots and they are in the process of adding another 30. The park stays pretty full but is quite and peaceful. It is under construction so mud is expected when it rains for days. Many parks I see are like a parking lot and too close for my taste. This park has set plenty of room between each RV spot and offers more privacy. The owner Gerald Woods is super nice and his park crew works

I have visited family many times in this park. I can tell the staff is making improvements and expanding everyday. The location is great and is in a quiet area The spots are far enough apart that you can’t hear your neighbor snore. The park is under construction daily so there will be a little mud and water when it rains.

Response to owner:
I believe you have me confused with someone else who was late more than once. If you will check your records, I paid July 07 upon move-in, August 1 (cashed August 5), September 1 (cashed September 4), October 1 (cashed October 6), and November 1 (cashed November 6).
I did not ignore phone calls, texts, or noticed posted on my door. Your manager knew that the number on file was no longer valid. You had my number but refused to share it with your manager until Dec 20. The notices placed
