I've been to this resort every fall since the first year I visited. Really a wonderful place. Right smack on the beach man, and the condos are huge. I remember year before last I counted 8 different beds in our condo alone. And if I try to fit in all the cool additional perks I'd be here for days. But I'll say the little shack diner that's a short walk away is always amazing too! Go Schooners!! Happy to know about this little slice of paradise. Thanks Gran!!

I like the complex because it has an office available. BUT there is NO SIGN on the building, my unit (809) was very nice but had few comfortable seating options on balcony and there was not even a broom available. It needs to be better equipped. I paid for late check out (3 hours over original for 22$ per hour) yet 2 hours early i had housekeeping banging on the door and proceeded to camp out outside the door until we left an hour early. SOOOO Unprofessional. Not sure i wold stay again

Amazing view and incredibly close to the waves. It's on the water, but it's also nearly in the water. We were quite a few floors up and had to look almost straight down to see the waves crashing, which was both exciting and a little scary for those of us with issues with heights. The rails felt solid, which eased concerns for some in our group. This isn't a criticism ... a big plus, rather, if you really to be right on the water.
The room was really nice, spacious, and allowed 13 of us to have dinner comfortably (only 4 were sleeping there). But the view down the beach toward Pier Park was incredible

Breathtaking Views From 611 Condo Unit. The condo is so nice. It was so crowded, that we ended up cooking every night. The condo had everything we needed. I love being here. We stay here every year, and I feel like I am at home, away from my home. Tina the owner is so nice, she responds quickly to all your needs!

We were immediately thrilled with the view! The balcony stretches across the living room and master bedroom and is where we spent a significant part of our time. The beach was stunning with clear water, jet skis and surf boards for rent nearby. We didn’t have a car and managed just fine with Instacart and walking down the beach to Schooners. The condo decor and appliances were updated and modern. It was a week in paradise! #805 is a hard YES!
