I have not used their service. I made an appointment for consultation, I filled out the intake form before getting to their office. I arrived on time and waited 10 minutes before asking how much longer it would be. The receptionist said she didn’t know but it shouldn’t be longer. 20 minutes later, I got up and left. Sorry yo say this business has no respect for someone’s time. It was over 30 minutes after my appointment time with no answer. I will not recommend this place if you value professionalism. Terrible.

BEWARE! These people only care about getting their cut and they try to trap you on these "Deals" at any cost. My fist time going there for a cool sculpting consultation in May 2019 and though i do not have a lot of body fat, i am insecure (This is how they catch you). They prey on your insecurities and they push you to think and accept that you need to do not one procedure or 2, but 5 which are very expensive for the middle income individual. I have been going here over 3 years. They are very polite and accommodating. Always have deals and promo sales. Oh and most important, they have the lowest cost on injectables. Eliza Antoniou who is a registered nurse was amazing, catered to all my questions and needs. I always recommend haveing an RN do work on you that deals with needles and etc. When it comes to your face, be picky about who does it. Laser MD on Newbury is the place for all your BEAUTY needs.

I have been going to Laser MD for over a year and have had several different treatments including cool sculpting, lip laser, botox and fillers. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the guidance from the nursing staff in laying out a reasonably affordable treatment path. I'm excited to continue to work with the team.

They never answer their phone and are hard to reach. The staff has high turn over and as a result the treatment is not always consistent; often the staff are not well trained. I did cool sculpting and Vella shape. one of the technicians who did cool sculpting was unaware that on a small percentage of clients it can have a reverse effect, she should know this, and I was unfortunate to be one of those clients. They don't always have time to fully clean between clients, which is Gross when a table is sticky from a previous procedure. The pricing is competitive and the boston location is convenient

So I have actually has decent results, and the techs are pretty nice. Even the new manager is accommodating to an extent. Don't get me started with the prior manager. She was awful.
My major sticking points are as follows. For some of them, I will be seeking some help from the health dept, possibly news media, and the town. I'll leave it to your imagination as to which ones those are. :)
1. They have a creepy policy of photographing you in the areas of treatment. They say it's for a remote nurse practitioner to sign off on treatment. It is not optional and they won't proceed

They were nice but be careful, I got laser burns and they didn't even notice. The second time I had to call and ask if it's normal, they had me see their nurse and gave me a cream for hyperpigmentation! And all because they made me buy a face wash that shouldn't have been using during laser. Their technicians don't know what they are doing. Based on what my dermatologist said, their process isn't the right way. Becareful!

My experience at Laser MD Medspa was excellent thanks to Ann! She is patient, thorough and puts you at ease. I completed 6 full body hair laser removal sessions and I'm satisfied with my experience. Sad to be leaving Boston and having to find another tech for touch ups! I hope whoever it is will be as amazing as Ann!!

The manger / owner won't return my money after canceling my appointment in person for ultherapy due to consultation with the specialist who was honest and informed me that the results are not guaranteed but one can see improvement after 3 months from approx. 5 to 10% for a treatment (one session ) of $3000 !

Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been going to laser md Boston for almost 2 years and there is never an available appointment. I get that they’re busy and have several clients, but why take new clients if you can’t accommodate clients in current treatment, which in the contract says, if I don’t come in certain time frames, I lose my treatments. I showed up to one of my appointments and no answer, there was even another person waiting who had an appointment 1hour before mine. I called, rang the bell, and even called other locations. Please avoid this place at all cost. I made the grave mistake of buying a package for Coolifting. My first appointment, the equipment wasn't working, I had to reschedule. Second appointment, mid-procedure the machine cartridge EXPLODED in the technicians hand burning her. Anne Moran is amazing ! She is quick but also very careful to make sure she hits all the spots. I only like to see Anne for my laser now. I found thst some of the technicians are too quick and miss some spots. Thank you Anne. I will say not sure how powerful these machines are compared to Ideal Image. Feel like I've gotten better results with their lasers. But thankfully I have Anne who makes sure I am satisfied.

This place is super sketchy. I called to ask about the $999 laser hair removal bundle, and they told me I needed to come in for a consultation in order for them to tell me whether I'm eligible or not. I figured that they needed someone to look at me and assess. No, instead, they had me come in just to tell me the cost of the package. I didn't even take my coat off. During that consultation, I was told that the package included 8 sessions. So, a few days later I came in to pay for the package. While there, I confirmed again that the package was 8 sessions. I've been coming here for a few years on and off. I've always had some issues with this place. They're very pushy on sales and I don't feel they really care when you try to discuss your treatments or results. It's always just an opportunity to sell you more solutions. I've had Botox injections many times at another place before moving to Boston, and I have NEVER been left bruised the way I was this time. I know bruising is a possible side effect of Botox administration but I am not just bruised in one spot, there are multiple sites around my eye where blood vessels were hit. Typically before receiving Botox injections, most reputable places will apply an ice pack for a few minutes both to increase client comfort AND vasoconstrict the vessels to avoid bursting them.
