I had a consultation and treatment with Kianna and it was wonderful! Kianna was patient with my questions and throughly explained everything about the procedure. I felt like she listened to me and helped me understand what to expect in terms of results realistically. She made sure I was comfortable as well and warm enough even though it was a short procedure. 10/10 definitely recommend. Also, she was on time and saw me at my scheduled time. Sounds small but that is not common everywhere. Also, the receptionist was really friendly and professional.

Aspire is a lovely spa, I’ve been to the Lexington & Peabody locations. The front desk is super nice, helpful & very welcoming.
I had a treatment called Softwave in October, with nurse Diego, I just went for a 3 month analysis on January 4th to see the before & after pictures, I like how Aspire follows up with their treatments. The results were fantastic!
I’ve also had Xeomin injections at Aspire & with great results. They don’t try to oversell or pressure you into any of their treatments. Highly recommend.

I only recently discovered Aspire Med Spa and it is a hidden gem. It's very clean and professional. You are able to have a free consultation prior to having any treatments done, which I personally found very helpful. I have had two treatments done there so far: one by Diego and another by a woman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. I can say that both of them were incredibly helpful and professional. This was my first visit. I found so many good qualities here. Desk staff very kind. I would say, most importantly to me, the expertise of Diago was obvious advanced. You can feel that he is respectful and working to have happy ‘clients for life’. I did not feel rushed, all my questions were answered and I felt great about his recommendations. I Love aspire med spa in Lexington. Diego was wonderful. Had 3 rounds of micro needling and 1 IPL Treatments with 2 more IPL’s in future. My face had lots of age spots and now all age spots are gone and my face line have almost vanished. If you wish for a comfortable and professional place I highly recommend going. You will feel so comfortable and treated like you are the only person in the spa.

Great experience with Ana Paula for my Brazilian laser hair removal. She’s awesome! Very informative, friendly & made me feel super comfortable. Recently they switched to a new machine so still waiting to see the effectiveness of it. Other then that Ana Paula is an amazing technician!

Ana Paula is an amazing technician ! The best for hydra facials and black-out facials!
She is warm and patient and explains everything in great detail. She takes her time performing the service and is very detail oriented. Her hands are magic and she knows how much pressure to apply to get the best results. Love coming to see her and with my membership I get the packages every month.

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. About a month ago, I had a hydrafacial at Aspire Wellesley. It was fantastic- the esthetician really spent time on the extraction portion of the treatment, and I came out clean, hydrated, and glowing. I could t wait to go back.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now for various skincare and anti-aging remedies. The pricing is very reasonable and the facility is always clean . Diego does my Botox and I swear I like the results more and more each time I go. Trust is so important when you are talking about your face and getting treatments done, and I trust them completely and honestly that is more valuable to me than anything else.

Diego is beyond amazing! I went to him after being refered by a friend for lip filler. I was a little nervous but he put me at ease about the filler and the results. He did such a beautiful job and my lips looked so full, without looking fake. He has unavailable eye when injecting and a perfectionist, which is what you want! Diego is a true artist and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for my beautiful lips!!!

I have been getting botox for a few years but I was never 100% satisfied with the results until I found Brittani! She is amazing! She knows exactly where to put each injection for optimal results. I have never been happier. In the past I have had bruising and no one could ever get the spot between my eyes to stop moving but that is not the case anymore. I have found my person and will continue to see Brittani every few months going forward. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and the place is convenient and very clean. I highly recommend Brittani and would give her 10 stars if I could!

I decided on this place because of all the great reviews. I've been getting lashes off and on for over 15 years now.
When I called to make my appointment they were very adamant about doing the test glue/Lash first, and seeing how that goes, then coming back for your full lash appointment assuming you have no bad reaction.
I think that they do this is fantastic, but what I don't think is fantastic is how when I said oh no I'm fine I've been getting them all over the USA for years, and I've never had a problem..... "well people are all different, have different sensitivities
