I can't stop telling people how obsessed I am with PRP! I had it done for my dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. I'm a mom of two little girls and as much as I love them, I'm exhausted and it shows! Nurse Alex always delivers the best recommendations that lead to the best results! I love how it's the most natural way for enhancements but still results driven.
I also love that it's super quick, since my life is always about fitting the most in with the smallest window of time. Alex from SOWA medspa made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during both of my services. I received the CIT and lip injections, both for my first time! I can't put into words how happy I am with both of the results.

I had my first appointment today with Rachel and it was great!
She helped me find what products and treatments would work best for me. I really appreciated the time she spent discussing how they would improve my skin, as well as answering my questions.
I highly recommend this place - everyone was so kind & welcoming, not to mention my skin feels great! I will definitely be back!

I started my esthetic journey at SOWA and I couldn’t be happier! All of the staff are super knowledgeable and informative, and so patient answering questions! They’re always on schedule, the place is incredibly clean, and they have the newest technologies. The serenity of the space and the staff is relaxing and reassuring, and it’s decorated so chic! I booked an appt in mid May for a consultation at the end of June (due to availability). They called me two days before my appointment and had to move it by one day. Fine. Then they called me to tell me just a few hours before my appointment that they had to cancel and I could reschedule in 3 weeks. Do not try to go to this business. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's schedules.

I was introduced to Alex through a friend and, after a few discussions, decided I wanted to try lip filler. At my initial appointment, Alex was incredibly helpful and professional. I explained what I wanted, and she walked me through the exact process and what my results should look like. I was extremely happy with the results! I returned again for my second treatment almost a year later, and I plan on scheduling regular appointments for lip flips or additional filler as needed for upkeep.
I can't wait to branch out of my comfort zone and try some of the additional services SOWA offers!

Every time I've come to SoWa Medspa Alex and her team have treated me incredibly well. Alex is extremely professional, explains the process and always makes sure she is doing what is best for her client. I have had my lips filled and ended up bringing my mom for some filler and Botox as well. We are clients for life and could not ask for a better experience. If you want quality results then go here!

Just had a Vitamin IV treatment and I feel like a million dollars! Not only do I feel great but the experience was the best I've ever had. As someone who takes a natural and holistic approach to nutrition and wellness, I didn't imagine I would ever visit a medspa. Alexandra is lovely, professional, responsive, and as accommodating as possible. The services are very-well priced, especially in comparison to other Boston Medspas with far inferior customer service. It's in a beautiful, clean space, in a great central location. The even do house-calls on Mondays!
I'm feel grateful that I happened upon SoWa Medspa's profile on yelp and I look forward to maintaining a relationship with this place for years, especially as their services expand and grow.
