Facials also help to reduce an overabundance of sebum, which is a natural substance that moisturizes and lubricates the skin. Overproduction of sebum can cause skin problems, including blackheads and acne.
Laser Hair Removal treatments are a fast and effective way to rid any unwanted body and facial hair. The tiring days of waxing and shaving are easily replaced with laser hair removal treatments to give you the hair free smooth body you are after. We exclusively use the Lumenis LightSheer systems for all our Laser Hair Removal.

Megi is a wonderful esthetician. Her attention to detail and her customer’s comfort and concerns are sincere. She provides excellent advice on virtually any skin related concern and never pushes products which has been a complaint of mine from other salons. I have tried many local areas but have now landed here for the last few years. My facials are excellent and skin improvement over time has been much appreciated and noticeable. Finally time to write a review after I have been seeing Megi for about 2 years. I have struggled with my skin for a while since developing melasma because of my birth control, and Megi is the only person that has helped me manage it. She was realistic in the sense as she told me my melasma may reappear because of heat and sun exposure as our skin cells have memory, however, she has gotten me to a place where I feel very comfortable with no foundation on. There has been so much improvement in my hyperpigmentation and pores. I am complemented on my skin all the time.

I have been going to Smooth Aesthetics for over two years now and could not be happier with the services they offer. The waiting room is soothing, the staff is super friendly and Megi is a delight! Her facials leave my skin smooth and hydrated.
The laser hair removal is also absolutely worth the price. Megi uses a lidocaine gel to lightly numb your skin so you feel very little pain. I have talked to my girlfriends who have gone elsewhere and their pain was so much worse.
I highly recommend Smooth Aesthetics for skin care treatments. They have also added massage by Thanya and Blume Acupuncture

I love Smooth Aesthetics! I feel very relaxed here and well taken care of. Megi has helped my adult-acne in a gentle way. I trust her methods and the skin care products she's created. I've honestly been meaning to review Smooth Aesthetics for months now. Just like everyone else who goes on Yelp to read reviews I stumbled across Smooth Aesthetics and after reading all the wonderful reviews I decided to try it out. I saw Megi and from day one she has been so kind and sweet. She was very attentive and listened to my needs. I have acne prone skin and with my own changes and her skin regimens my skin is SO amazing. Of course things take time but Megi has sure turned it around for me. This was one of the best facials I've had in all my time living in Boston. I get facials regularly, and have trusted places that do a very consistent job. However, Magda's attention to detail, experienced hands and medical grade products transported me back to the facials I used to get back home in Europe. The experience was enriched by her stillness, humble confidence, and the care she showed toward my skin concerns.

I have had laser hair removal at several places over the years, but Smooth Aesthetics has been the best experience out of all of them. Megi is incredibly thoughtful about the treatments I receive - she asks me about how my hair has responded to treatment each time and adjusts my next treatment according to my feedback. She is also extremely thorough; she takes her time and uses different tools and materials depending on the needs of the area being lasered. The office is clean and quiet. I did a Groupon for my first round of laser here, but I decided to return for more services.
