Park Lane Apartments

Your new manager, Hannah Donovan from Compton Lake Apts. is horrible! If you want to deal with someone that does not care, does not listen & will ask you to leave if you disagree with her, she will great for you.
Please pray that she gets the training that she needs to make her an effective manager. Hard to believe that she is a UC Anthropology major.

I had moved out and had been gone for almost a year. I called the corporate office to make sure there wasn't anything I was being charged for and now I find out now after a year exactly I now have charges and taken to a collection agency. Wow!

5+/5 Would Recommend! Living at Parklane Apartments over the course of the past 3+ years has been a phenomenal experience, and I could not have asked for a better place to live, while also in an ideal location - beautiful setting

I really enjoy living at Park Lane. The staff is very personable and friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

We were residents of Park Lane for 3 years. In those 3 years, we enjoyed our time at Park Lane Apts. We chose Park Lane because of its' affordable rent and its' central location: near Norwood Lateral, The Punch House, Fitworks gym (though we frequented the apartment gym), Walgreens, Surrey Square w/ Kroger and Marshalls, gas stations, Xavier University, and police station. Though the building is older, and the trash is on the far right of the building, they are constantly striving for ways to improve and update. There are two elevators, and have carts available that residents used for groceries

I needed something close to University of Cincinnati and my kids’ school. Given the apartment size, features and the excellent location of this apartment complex, we found the rent attractive. It is so conveniently located with Kroger, Walgreens, Meijer, Target, USPS and the Rookwood, Oakley and Hyde Park eateries very closeby. It is within half a… mile of 562 which makes it super easy to connect to I-71 or I-75. I worked in Madisonville as well as downtown during this time, both within 7-10 minutes drive. The staff is very respectful and nice. They are very knowledgeable about their property and will accommodate what you are looking for. i would def. recommend.

The worst place I have ever lived in.THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST EVER. ELEVATOR IS ALWAYS ALWAYS BROKEN DOWN. ITS VERY OLD and they are not willing to replace it, it's very old they they have to cut
( create) parts, because they are no part available for such an old elevator. parking is always full good luck having a friend over.
last year my mail got picked up by someone . dog piss is all over around the building.
it might be cheap, but trust me its a complete nightmare. I regret the day I moved in to this building. good luck with the left and right fines $$..
MY OWN CAR GOT BOOTED SEVERAL

I recently applied for an apartment and Maya the property Manager was very nice and pleasant to work with. If for some reason I am not approved, I can say I truly enjoyed the experience with Maya as I am part of a property management team myself so I can recognize professionalism when I experience it.

Park Lane is such a great place to live I did it twice. Great amenities for your every need. The staff is very caring and prompt in responding to issues.

The only sad part was that we had to relocate and could not stay here longer. The apartments are nice with a mix of senior and young tenants. Neighbors are nice, peaceful and mostly quiet. Apartments are secure. Apartment manager Maya is very accommodating and tried to take care of our requests as best as she could. Would surely recommend it to someone coming in new to Cincy.

Highly priced and badly managed. I mean management is constantly looking for new ways to charge you with fees. I lived here for a year and know many tenant and ex ones

Their staff is very professional and prompt. I lived there for almost 3 years and never had any issues.
