Looking for my next home when I move to Florida. Found this place with an on-line search and was very impressed. The management was amicable and very helpful. The residence had everything I was looking for as well as beautiful and well maintained inside and out. I can't wait to become a part of this Senior Community.

I have loved every minute I've been here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are quick and efficient. The one time I needed a repair, it was completed within an hour of request. The complex is secure. The grounds are nice with a gazebo and grills. Dog park is on the premises. Dana and Debbie have been instrumental in helping me relocate to Pensacola Florida! While affordable housing is difficult to find they helped me feel comfortable in my move!
They were extremely helpful in making me feel good about my decision! Although I did not meet them face to face, just talking to them made me feel secure and excited about the move!
When they answer the phone they are always pleasant and helpful! They have even assigned me a space so I can look

I visited to find a place in the panhandle for my mom. This is going to be a lovely site, in a great area. Right by Mount Olive Baptist church! Because they are under construction, they had me visit Carter Crossing in Milton because they said the buildings will be identical. I have to say, I was impressed. If was very nice. I am hoping we can get my mom to move down here to Pensacola, and if so I am sure I will have her live here.
