I moved here two months ago with my boyfriend and all i can say are nice things. Miss Pat is the nicest woman i have ever met, when i call the front desk with any questions she answers the phone instantly and her voice lights up my day. She always asks me how work is and if everything is going well. That to me is everything i’ve wanted in a person i was renting from. I love our townhome, i love where it’s located and how beautiful the inside is. My favorite is the tile on the kitchen wall. It’s so clean and they keep everything so beautiful around here. I never have to worry about our grass

I have lived here for a couple of months now and love it. Ms. Pat and Parish are super nice and whenever I have a service request, it is either fixed that day or I get a phone call and told when it will be. The area is nice, a lot of sidewalks, I feel like everything I need is within 10 miles. I love the trash service and our mailboxes are right outside our doors.

I have lived happily in a 3-bedroom townhouse at Lakeville Townhomes for several years. The home is spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities one would expect. The soundproofing between homes is excellent unlike apartments I have rented in the past although the road traffic is sometimes a bit loud. All of my service needs have been taken care of immediately or within a reasonable amount of time. The apartments and grounds are maintained beautifully throughout the year.

If there was an option to give this complex 0 stars that's what the rating would be. The website states it has 24 hour maintenance, which is untrue. I went without hot water in my apartment for over 24 hours. After calling the emergency maintenance line and leaving several messages, I finally spoke with maintenance (on his personal cell phone) and he stated that he would not be able to come out until the following day. My welcome packet clearly stated that not having hot water was an emergency issue that would be addressed immediately. The price you pay for the townhouse is not worth it. The property
