Went to have a lipoma removed on my face. They found and biopsied a small mole (dysplastic nevus) on my arm. Biopsy came back non cancerous. They insisted on doing surgery on it before they will remove my lipoma because it MIGHT turn to melanoma at some point in the future. Strongarm tactics....felt like they were selling me a car. Canceled the whole thing.
Update: they are now sending me harassing certified letters over a year later, trying to frighten me into letting them do unnecessary surgery. Still trying to bully me. Going to this office was a big mistake...

Alicia Nuñez is the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen. I struggled with bad acne for about 7 years. I had gone to many dermatologists that just put me on bs creams and topicals that didn’t do anything, but make me spend money. Dr. Nuñez was the first person I saw that I felt like ACTUALLY listened to my needs and concerns. She’s one of the sweetest healthcare providers that I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. I absolutely loved everyone and the entire visit I felt completely comfortable. The ladies up front were nice and the nurses and Dr that saw me were AMAZING. She was so kind and non judgmental. She wanted nothing more than to help me feel better. She examined me head to toe and I’ve never felt to comfortable with 3 pair of eyes on me. She clearly explained EVERYTHING To me and ensured she only wanted the best for me. 10/10 would recommend

He over books so they are always running late the staff doesn’t know what they are doing (they almost gave me medicine that would of killed me if I would of taken it with my other meds) they where several nurses that looked high on pills or weed and lastly dr Jeff is just there to make money he doesn’t care about the people if you where to go anywhere else I would recommend dr knipe his old partner they split because of several law suits against dr Jeff save your self some time and go anywhere else but here also they don’t ventilate the building well so it smells like chemicals I’m sure

I was a new patient and i was late to my appt by 15 min. i tried to call to let them know that i needed to go back and get paperwork but office said they were closed. when i arrived front office staff said phones dont open until 8 am. If u make your appt, make sure u dont make your appt. until after 8 am because if u need help or are lost u wont get help before then.

I see Brooke Gregory,ARNP and Dr Moskowitz when needed. They have THE BEST staff for any physician's office I have ever used.
I usually hate going to any doctor's appointment (white coat syndrome) but Brooke and the nurses are both friendly and help you feel at ease. I never have to wait and they get to know you as a person as well as a patient.
I have had melanoma and go every six months to get checked and actually look forward to the visit!
