Excellent place excellent people. Dr Palceski and his staff are very profesional. I had a cyst in my forehead for over 4 years and they took care of it in less than 10 minutes with no pain at all.

I have been going to this clinic for all of my skin care needs for the past couple of years. I was surprised to read some of the bad reviews posted recently because I haven’t had a bad experience here. The wait time usually isn’t long and the doctor is always informed about what’s going on. The one thing I will agree with is that they do recommend a lot of different products and procedures that can be really expensive. So far the regimen that was recommended for my acne has completely transformed my face and I can confidently say it was worth the extra buck. Another notable thing is that

While their advice and approach is great, expect to wait AT LEAST ONE HOUR from your appointment time to be seen!!!! If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it's considered a requirement to reschedule and you are charged a fee.
While I love their work, the wait time is INSANE and if you are late, you are out of luck. Expect the late charge if they keep a tight schedule and limited wait periods, but not the latter.

I've seen multiple PAs here for acne. I know a lot of it is kind of like a "see what works" but they try to convince you that you need $80 cleanser, $100 serum, $50 medication, $50 antibiotic, $100 exfoliator(and say that other ones, even from sephora, won't work) and then tell me I need to get microdermabrasion facials. One PA recommended CeraVe only for the next PA I saw to tell me that one was horrible for your skin and I need a different one.
TLDR, they really try to sell you all the products and procedures they can. Very disappointing when it's acne.

A Doctor’s office that does not require anyone to wear a mask in the midst of a pandemic?!?! And no one was (except the poor staffer handling the complaints at the front).
If he can’t follow CDC guidelines why would I think he’s following FDA or AMA guidelines?!?! They don’t have our health and well being I mind 😳 Go elsewhere

Reflections Dermatology is by far the best dermatology office I’ve ever visited. They service is exceptional, and Dr, Palceski is extremely talented. I had restylane injected in my nose and chin, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I also appreciate how the practice is keeping up with the CDC guidelines of not requiring a face covering for those who are fully vaccinated indoors. Seems like the world is finally getting back to normal.

Absolutely one of the best dermatologist's around. I've been seeing Dr.P since he was over in Heathrow at Advanced Dermatology over 10 years ago and so I naturally followed him over here to Reflections because he is one of the best. The staff is absolutely amazing and I LOVE my PA Lauren!!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Lindsey & Dr. Lauren are the absolute BEST! I was so nervous for my exam & Dr. Lauren put me right at ease. She was so friendly, professional & gentle. I needed a few little biopsies & was nervous but she told me exactly what to expect, what she was doing before she did it which totally put my nerves at ease & they didn’t hurt at all! Lindsey has worked WONDERS on my skin! My only regret is not going to her sooner! She is so sweet, kind & knowledgeable. Reflections doesn’t take my insurance but I choose to pay out of pocket because I love them & they are the only practice I trust with my skin
