Dr. Jerri Johnson is a board certified dermatologist who was born and raised in the Orlando area and has been in solo practice since 1991. Dr. Johnson provides a wide range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic services for patients of all ages. Dr. Johnson received her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Emory University in 1981.

Stay away!!!! At first I thought this office was amazing, until my last visit. They are crooks. I went there and saw the nurse practitioner Allison. First the nurse came in. I told her about a tiny skin tag and not sure what was on my face that I mentioned. She stated, insurance probably won’t cover it as it is cosmetic. I said well then no worries, forget about it. Allison came in and looked. She said, “don’t worry I’ll take care of it.” After that, I figured we were covered, it was good. I left paying $140 for the visit. My husband just went to Dr. Johnson's office for the first time. After years of working in the sun everyday we were concerned about several areas and they were highly recommended. The office was able to work us right in. She suggested a conservative Blu Light therapy that was non invasive. It has only been one week but already the results are great. Dr. Johnson is absolutely the best dermatologist on the planet. I have been to a couple others before I found her and there is no comparison. She has a conservative approach and doesn't do any procedures that aren't necessary. She takes her time explaining any questions you may have and actually LISTENS to you. Knowledgeable, kind and considerate. The office staff is great. I've been a patient for about 10 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Simply just the BEST!!! Dr Johnson and her team are running the best dermatology office I have ever been to in my life. You never sit waiting in the waiting room or examining room. She is always running on schedule. I have been seeing dermatologist since I was a very small child and have never had a better experience then with Dr Johnson and her staff! Thank you all for taking such good care of us:)

Starting with my call to schedule an appoint (first in 12 years with her), through the appointment and the checkout process, I found the staff and Dr Johnson to be professional, courteous, and personable. After 12 years, glad to be back under her care and had no issues with the front-desk personnel and the assistant.

Dr. Johnson is very attentive, personable and kind. She will go out of her way not to do an invasive procedure unless its necessary. As far as the other review regarding her staff the reviewer does have a point. There is only one or two staff members who really shouldn't have patient contact due to their lack of customer service skills. (They should avoid the phone at all costs) It is true that the insurance she accepts is limited and that she isn't taking new patients. I can see why since she spends a lot of time helping her patients. I feel fortunate to be one of them.

I'm sure Dr. Johnson must be doing very well for herself. Especially since she has no time for hiring any staff members with character, and she does not except new patients. I called today and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. When finally the staff got me off hold, I proceeded to say "Hi, I'm a new patient-" when I was so rudely cut off by the staff saying"Dr. Johnson isn't taking any new patients". Mind you I was mid sentence and responded "what?" as I did not hear her clearly. She repeated herself in the same bitter, monotone voice "Dr. Johnson isn't taking any new patients". I responded
