Founded in 2010, The Black Tank is a product development and engineering design company with the goal of releasing innovative, robust and useful products and solutions for the entertainment, theatrical and architectural markets. ORIGAMX LIGHT ENGINE The OrigamX Light Engine is the culmination of all of our experience, 18 months of R&D by The Black Tank along with feedback from industry leading LDs, architects and engineers. The Pica Cube 4C packs an unprecedented 22-24 watts of output into just a 2.5 inch cube! The fixture is built on Black Tank's GEN2 controls and patented heat management technology which provides users amazing light quality and options for broad-ranging installations all applications! No space is wasted in the Pica Cube.
The Pica Portal empowers electricians and contractors to provide power and data to remotely located Pica Cubes for clean and simple installations in architectural, museum, and entertainment applications. Capable of powering and controlling up to four Pica Cubes, the Pica Portal utilizes a common Cat5e cable to deliver both low-voltage power and DMX signal to a Pica Cube located up to 240' (73m) away from the Pica Portal.
Rosco's CubeConnect system enables effortless wireless control of your Miro, Braq or Pica Cubes from distances up to 2000-ft (600m). The compact CubeConnect Transceiver accepts lighting control commands from DMX512, Bluetooth Limited Energy (BLE), or Serial DB9 connections, and sends the data back out on either the DMX output or wireless antenna to one of our receiver products.
