We were looking for a Home we could customize to suit our needs, as nothing on the market had exactly what we wanted. We met Mindi and Phin during this process and they went above and beyond even before we had contracted with them. They came to view several homes with us to help us decide on the property that could be everything we needed.
Hybrid Commercial/Residential "Live-Work" Space: MPGhomedesign just completed an extensive exterior and interior renovation of a 3,000 sq ft commercial structure that we rezoned for both office and residential living in Newburyport, MA. The building was originally located several blocks away before being moved to its current location in 1955.
Bold, Modern, International Kitchen Remodel: Our Clients wanted to completely modernize their dated honey oak kitchen and open up the space to the adjacent dining room. The goal was to create a minimalist, clean, family-friendly living space that would become the hub of the home.
MPG reconfigured the floor plan and designed a new kitchen including: White oak, oil-finished floors, new island configuration, interior finishes with white perimeter cabinets, a farm sink and white backsplash tiles all centered on a new window with views to the backyard.We also added custom black ebony stained white oak cabinets that accentuated the unique grain of the wood species.

New Construction: Interior Architectural Design and Project Management (Project is close to complete and ready for the next phase of furniture install and styling) MPG Home Design was brought on board this project by our Clients who were working with Scott Brown Architects of Newburyport, MA on the design of their new four story home in beautiful coastal Newburyport.
Kitchen & Mudroom Addition and Two Story Corridor & Bathroom Addition: Architecture, Interior Design & Styling for: Kitchen, mudroom, family room, sunroom/reading room, corridor and stair hall. Custom design for kitchen cabinets & concrete counter tops. For this project we utilized many green materials and building methods.

My husband and I worked with Phin and his team at MPG Home Design on drawing up schematics for two projects for our main residence. They listened to our wants, concerns, and ideas. They over delivered in options during the first round of schematics. This led to us exploring details of each schematic designs and coming up with final designs that were exactly what we are looking for. Our two projects are converting a portico to a vestibule/small mudroom and adding a bathroom in our master bedroom. After the schematics were finalized, Phin helped us reach out to several contractors so we could find
