At One we use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to build confidence and discipline, to forge a new passion for life inside each of our students. We are committed to an uplifting, supportive environment for all of our students where they are free to study and practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) without distractions, excessive pressure, or violence.

Services
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu evolved from the Japanese martial art Judo into its own distinct discipline. It focuses on employing leverage rather than strikes to control an opponent, thus eliminating the importance of size and strength in a conflict. Skillfully applied joint locks, submissions, and chokes neutralize any opponents - making Jiu Jitsu the world's most effective and efficient form of self-defense.
Our fundamentals classes are designed to teach core concepts to beginners. They are required for all white belts and recommended to advanced practitioners as well. Students will learn the concepts of grips, base, and posture, while mastering critical attacking and defending techniques. Once students have a solid understanding and technical proficiency in the fundamentals, they can attend Advanced classes.
The One Jiu Jitsu Kids classes are designed to promote confidence in children and cultivate life skills that reach beyond the mat. We focus to develop strength and coordination in a fun yet challenging environment. Our curriculum encourages teamwork and interpersonal communication to enhance each child's social skills.

My kids and I wanted to try Jiu-Jitsu. I had heard great experiences at ONE, from family and friends and we purchased a Groupon trial. We have been going for a month now, and I must say, I am very impressed with the level of dedication that the instructors and coaches have for the school and its students. They promote an encouraging learning environment and everyone is treated as family. The kid's classes are both instructional and fun.
