If I ever need a property management company or if I am looking to buy another property, they will be the first call I make. They were professional and salt of the earth sort of people.

I was a renter of Deadrich Real Estate from 2012 up until the summer of 2018 when I used them to help us purchase our home in the same neighborhood.

My family rented a property for many years and never had any problems. We got a discount for paying rent early and when we had issues they were resolved in a timely fashion. As is standard, when they needed access to the property they gave us notice. If I ever needed to rent again or had a property that needed to be managed they would be the first place I looked. They are professional, timely, and I thought their prices were good for the area.

I'm simply giving this place one star for their inability to tell me why they denied my application. My fiance and i turned in an application and we met the income requirement of the property we wanted to rent, however i was the only one with credit, meaning he had none, which we told them when we gave them the money to run our credit. They gave us a call the next day to inform us that our application had been denied. The person who call me, i believe it was Joan, (not entirely sure)...I am not exaggerating in any way, she said "your credit score is high and we don't understand why, that is why
