A positive experience after living in the same house since 1986 so nervous of how selling a house has changed. James visited put the house on the market and within a week it was sold to a First Time Buyer who completed within 2 months so a very painless exercise. I was kept informed of what was happening and the recommended conveyancer was thorough and a good price.

My experience with Village Properties has been a brilliant one. My initial meeting with James was great and he really took into account my property, its worth and the housing market at the time. Riccardo was friendly and very professional. However my main contact was Sarahjane who was brilliant all the way through. She remained professional and tolerated my tantrums particularly regarding my request to complete before the stamp duty deadline.

We recently bought my new home through Village Properties, other than the initial viewings, I dealt with Sarahjane, she was outstanding. She did everything she could to drive the sale forward, going well above and beyond in my opinion, and kept in constant communication. The service was good enough that when we decided to sell our flat, we went straight to them without hesitation and the fee's for this have been extremely competitive and excellent service as well. We would recommend them 100%.
