We have almost 2 decades of experience in 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Our philosophy is to ensure our clients have ample time for the exchange by starting the property search process well before the property is in contract. We've been contacted several times by sellers who were in desperate need for an exchange property, but didn't have access to properties that fit the exchange criteria or ample time to close escrow.

Toro (Ken) helped us find someone who would live in our place while we were abroad for 5 months. It all worked really well and I am happy he took care of our house and made sure we got paid rent every month!
