The place seems pretty nice when you you drive by, but let me tell you about the mistake I made about signing a lease with these people.
So, before the company was bought out by Tarantino, the bluffs were acceptable apartments to reside in. The people were nice and things got done. Once the new company stepped in, things went to hell. Maintenance pretty much came to a halt. My family and I personally went without our ac unit for 4.5 months during the hottest part of the year.
We were provided with a window unit to cool a 3 bedroom and at the time our

Christina was very professional and informative when explaining all amenities and services concerning the complex. She was diligent in handling my move in process and maintained an infectiously positive attitude throughout, which I appreciated. The complex is very nice, especially for the price. I’m really looking forward to spending a few years here. Thanks Christina for starting me off right.

The Bluffs is a great apartment complex! They have some of the best amenities in town, the front office staff is super friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always on top of stuff. Everything I ever needed helped with was fixed incredibly fast and they were so nice and knowledgeable. If you are moving to Junction City anytime soon I would highly recommend renting with The Bluffs!

I've been at the bluffs for about a year now. Over the months I've had a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of. I'm so extremely pleased with the service I get from both Max Mayo and Jeremy Webster in the maintenance department. I know this is a very large property to manage but I think the maintenance crew goes above and beyond. I put my service issue request in and it has always been taken care of within 48 hours. In fact, both Max and Jeremy will just ask me when we're passing by if everything is okay or if anything needs to be taken care of. One incident in particular over the summer

Marcia is great. It's really hard to find management that cares about your satisfaction and will make you want come back. Every time I spoke to her, she was very accommodating. Girls at the front desk will go out of their way to help you find a right place. I lived there before deployment and wanted to come back, but they didn't have the layout I wanted. I really regret signing with Hunter Ridge, because their management is an absolute trash and will say anything to make you sign without committing to great service in the long run. The Bluffs after all their renovations feels like a little paradise

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Danielle Carpenter, who is the leasing professional, was very kind, thorough, and transparent with all my questions. I am not a tenant, but she made me feel more comfortable about pursuing this property. She was very professional and address all my concerns. She also is military community friendly!

They will find anyway to keep your security deposit. My husband and I were told several times and on various occasions that for military people with orders we needed to give notice 30 days from the day you needed to move out. I called and asked this as soon as we got orders and confirmed again several days before we gave our 30 day notice. Fast forward, to they day we were supposed to move out, our roommate had not found a place to stay yet and he asked management if there was any way he could stay in the apartment. He was told NO. He was not allowed to stay there. He completely understood so we

I moved across country in September and had several complications and changes to my move. The staff at the Bluffs were incredibly accommodating and supportive answering all of my questions and doing everything they could to move up the availability of my apartment. Since moving in I have only had to submit 1 trouble call and it was resolved within 24 hours. The staff have continued to keep in touch through email providing updates regarding changing policy with new owners, opportunities for socialization, and supporting military community members. The parking lot in front of the leasing office has
