Services
This is why, we have provided more options for your care, including new ways to see your providers at Your Wellness Sources. Our virtual or telehealth visits are available for wellness coaching, mental health counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, addiction services, medication management, substance abuse counseling, nutritional counseling, and urgent medical care.
Our Survivorship Wellness clinic is designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with breast cancer with advanced stage breast cancer (Stage 3, Stage 4), Triple negative breast cancer, and are no longer actively receiving treatment from their cancer team.
We are here to ensure that breast cancer survivors are healthy, symptoms are managed timely, and if there are signs of recurrence, we can immediately get them re-connected with their cancer treatment team.Our caring, multidisciplinary team is made up of experts in breast health, internal medicine, nutrition, GYN, oncology, psychiatry, addiction, and screening, including internal medicine and breast imaging, genetics, oncology, and surgery.

I drive an hour once a month to see Dr. George.
I love, love Dr. George and her staff. They are respectful and caring. Dr. George spends a good amount of time with each patient which is a rare occurrence these days. She doesn't pick up the chart before she walks into the exam room to brief herself on the patient because she doesn't need to. She knows who we are and all that is going on. She is a great listener and motivator when you are feeling down and out. She genuinely cares.
I recommend Dr. George and her team to everyone.

I wouldn't come here for your PHA (you know who you are). Your Wellness Sources did a short notice cancelation on my scheduled appointment, exacerbated by the fact that LHI then took their time notifying me. Then, Your Wellness Sources did the exact same thing again following my reschedule from the first appointment. Maybe this is a great place, but I'll never know because I can't get through their horrible scheduling that seems designed to punish me.

This clinic is truly a best kept secret, the service i received yesterday was truly first class, my wife of 32 years who is a real hardcase to please, was also satisfied with the care i received, starting from the front desk staff, technicians, and the provider. A special thanks to Ms. Novela ( hope i spelt the name correctly) for the extra effort in making my visit a pleasant one.
