Services
Rise Up Nutrition is a community-based nutrition club in Laurel, Maryland where people come together for good health & nutrition! We offer healthy meal-replacement shakes, energizing teas, free wellness evaluations, coaching, body transformation challenges, community workouts, and much more! We specialize in helping clients achieve their health, fitness, and weight management goals by focusing on nutrition, exercise, and accountability.
As our community grows, along with our impact, we are going to need more people who want to help others. We are looking for people to help in the club, run community workouts, and to help facilitate our challenges and group programs. As a coach, you will support others in achieving their wellness goals through proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

The drinks there was atrocious, I went there for the 1st time the other day I ordered a banana shake and I've had headaches for the last 3 straight days I didn't mind I realized I'm just kiddit realized I don't understand it wasn't putting natural products in the shapes that use an urban life supplements and my body had a lurch reaction to it and I've had headaches the actual drink was horrible I couldn't get better myself I do not recommend morning rise to anybody don't even give it to your dog that's how bad this place is ithis place is it sucks I almost thought I had covid 19 after evening

So I'm a tow truck driver and by chance today one of my stops lead me here and I'm glad it did. I ordered a chocolate expresso shake 😋 and it was not only healthy but delicious and gave me a full sensation for a couple hours. The woman working there was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. My only regret is that they aren't located anywhere on the Eastern shore. I hope my travels bring me back there once again.

I've noticed a few of my coworkers drinking shakes from here for quite some time. I was in a rush this morning and didn't have breakfast so I asked a coworker to pick me up something after checking the menu online.
First, I dislike how there are no ingredients listed on the website. I want to know what's going in the shake to get the different flavors, but there doesn't seem to be a list anywhere. Because I didn't purchase in person, I'm unsure on whether there is a list of ingredients in the actual building. Second, the shake has a very strong aftertaste of protein powder.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Nestled in a small, clean shop downtown. They know their product and how to present it.
However, their products and drinks use Herbalife supplements. There didn't appear to be any notice on the menu or on the storefront.

The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable! I went with my sister and my friend for shakes, and they tasted powdery and not at all like the title of the shakes. We got s'mores, fruity pebble, and chocolate covered cherry. We could only take a few sips because of how bad it tasted. If they're going to charge $7 for shakes, they should at least taste good. Honestly, after having high expectations from all the nice reviews, I'm very disappointed, and it was a waste of $21.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I can't recommend any specific item off the menu because everything is SO GOOD (I am almost all the way through the whole thing). The staff? Incredible. Humble, motivated, excited, and GOOD people work here and they will go above and beyond to help you out on your goals both fitness and nutrition related. Healthiest, tastiest shakes I have ever had. The waffles are BOMB, too.

I stopped by Tuesday around 4pm-ish to finally try a shake. I've heard great things about this place but for some reason, it took me forever to finally stop by. The cafe has a nice atmosphere, with cute artwork. It's a local, black owned business, which even makes it better! I'm typically keto and have never been a fan of the "Herbalife" lifestyle but I decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. Stopped by today with my boyfriend and was greated by a very nice man named Billy. He answered all of our questions in regards to the menu and was incredibly helpful. You could tell he loves what he does! We got a PB mocha and tea. The PB mocha shake was great and the tea fueled me through my entire day. Will definitely be coming back! Great addition to the Main Street laurel area!

Perfect place to stop in after my workout. The customer service was amazing, I was walked through the menu and explained the ordering process. The shake came out quick and delicious. The atmosphere was a huge selling point, the other customers that came in seemed to be regulars and were just as friendly. I was initially going to take my shake and go home, but it felt so comfortable to sit and relax a little bit longer. A definite recommended, if you need to come down from a good workout

Great tasting teas! Today was my first visit but I went with a friend so we ordered two different drinks. The drinks look amazing ( instagram worthy) online. In person the Captain Puerto Rico came out perfect, the TMNT which is a rainbow colored drink didn't come out like the ones online but it had a great taste.
I would recommend that if you are going to pay $6+ for tea then filtered water is a must. Parking is convenient you can usually find a space for free. I will be visiting again soon and trying one of their shakes next, in addition to teas they offer shakes and combos with tea and

I was looking for a juice bar so I Yelped "juice bar" and this popped up. They offer healthy shakes and teas. I wanted to try a tea but my taste buds wanted to try the protein coffee. $5ish, healthy, and good! Definitely a must-go for health conscious folks. The gentleman who helped me order was very kind and super helpful. They sweeten with Stevia. I'm sold. Parking is street or private lot (next to the shop.)
