My daughter is almost 6, sees Lynn Gully since birth. I love this doctor and his nurses...they so sweet and treat us lovely. I have never had an issue here. They have went above and beyond. When I took her for shots I told them she had a fever last time from this when I left the office I was giving a new bottle of Tylenol they cost $5.78 -$6.69. well I had a free one and even a couple droppers. And was given a little baggy with samples of stuff.. they are great I would recommend anyone who wants a real doctor call for Gully.. he's old school and has been around a long time..he cared back in 1986

All 4 of my children ( now adults ) were patients here beginning in 1988 with the youngest just recently aging out. I can't begin to express how much I love this practice. Although our children were relatively healthy we did experience an assortment of different pediatric situations and ailments over the 30 years our kids were patients here and all were handled promptly, professionally, and most important with kindness and empathy towards both the child and parent.
Whenever we had to make a change with our insurance the only thing I cared about was whether or not So. In. Pediatrics were covered

I was trying to get my son to be seen there as a new patient.I faxed over my release of information twice, with a successful result. I have called them multiple times trying to check on the status of getting my sons medical records over the past month. Called again today and was told they had no release of info... Was on hold for over 10 minutes, and have called and their phones haven't even worked. Not a good first impression. I decided to take my son elsewhere .

I have been with this office since 2008. I currently have four children that are patients here. Today I call to get my 10 month old in do to a fever and wheezing. Once explaining the situation to the receptionist she asks me to hold while she notified the doctor. Instead of transferring me to a NP or a doctor. They transfer me to billing were the lady proceeds to tell me we have a bill for 300. I explain that I'm aware and will make a payment at the end of the month. She then notifies me that if it is not payed in full he will no longer be allowed to come there I said that is fine. She then transfers

The doctor we saw here was amazing but the staff were terrible and argumentative, unhelpful and downright rude. They told us that our child was not covered under our insurance and treated us like second class citizens. Our son was covered and they did a poor job of doing well, their job and working with us to find out why it was showing that he was not covered. They just told us that we had to pay upfront if we wanted to be seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. You can do better and should do better.

Very nice office and waiting area. Love love love the separate waiting rooms for sick and well kids. As a first timer in this office I was pleasantly surprised to have had such a great experience. I didnt wait long to be called to the back. Everyone was polite. Dr Carnero is a very nice and gentle physician. She took the time to talk with me about any concerns i hsd and i never felt rushed. My son got 4 shots and the nurse who administered the injections was the best I had ever seen. He didn't even have time to cry. I highly reccomend this office for your child!!

Every doctor I have seen except Lynn Gully and has had me wait in a room with a sick kid for atleast an 1 1/2 hours after they ask you ask you to come in immediately . I do understand that Dr's get behind but every time! Thats is ridiculous and they will always tell you its not normally this long but believe me it is. I love the Dr's here all except 1!Dr. CARNELL I know I spelled it wrong is awesome too Gully is my favorite my son loves him too! But that kind of wait with sick kids is ridiculous!!!!!

Have worked with several doctors in the office and always feel like my child is loved and cared for. I am always able to get records or appointments quickly and never have to wait to see the doctor. Dr. Valentine Fleming is my child's regular doctor and he is always happy to see her which makes a potentially unpleasant visit positive.
